UCL matters more to Madrid than City for historical reasons, but there's Prem teams that lean towards UCL, such as Liverpool. In Italy, Juve value Serie A the way AC Milan value UCL. It comes down to nostalgia and the historical relationship you have with a trophy. Sevilla value Europe League more than any other team.

Yes at the end of the day the .U.C.L is a knockout cup knockout competition and really does not compare in quality to winning the title! Example Spurs + Liverpool final the quality of the U.C.L is nothing to winning the title it's the luck of the draw! Is Dortmund or Bayern better than City?

@@Paddykelly8418 Winning UCL is harder than winning the league. That's why hardly anyone has more UCL titles than league titles. Liverpool lost the title by 1 point when they won the UCL and won the title a year later. Spurs came runner-up in the Prem a couple times around that time. However, the only thing that matters is the winner. The winner has nothing to do with "luck". Madrid have won many UCLs by beating 4/5 of the best teams in Europe. Dortmund and Bayern both almost knocked out City last season, but it doesn't matter, the winner is never "lucky". Just like you don't win a World Cup by luck. People can get lucky draws to get to the Final, but not to win it. Even when Spurs got to the Final, they beat City. If the league is harder, why have Spurs come 2nd in the Prem many times but only come 2nd in the UCL once?

@@tharcisse7103 Its both harder and easier to win the UCL UCL you can have an easier group and easier run to the final This was last seasons one side Liverpool, Real Madrid, Chelsea, Dortmund, Leipzig, City, PSG and Bayern The other side Milan, Spurs, Frakfurt, Napoli. Brugge, Porto, Inter and Benfica You either screwed or super lucky, to win the league there is no such thing as getting a lucky draw. You play every team home and away, your opponents do exactly the same. Winning the league is on average harder to win

As a United fan,they defo have a shot sadly. I'd be rooting for Coventry if they were facing any other team tbh.
