Can-Am Outlander L 570: How To Change The Spark Plugs 570 650 850

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

My 2016 Can-Am Outlander L 570 XMR started missing and I think the spark plugs are the problem. In this video I show you how to change the spark plugs in a 16' Can-Am Outlander L 570. This video should also be help for owners of Outlander 650, 850, and 1000 since they all share a similar engine design.

Thank you! I got an oil kit and thought I'd change the plugs while I was at it and got really discouraged about that front cylinder. But now I think I can handle that.

Great video, much appreciation. Make sure and use anti-sieze especially with aluminum. I did my plugs today and ended up having to remove both sides of the plastic as the front one had so much crap and corrosion down in there I could not get the socket on there properly, I had to dig the junk out, it took a bit, but I went ahead and cleaned everything up nice since it was all apart.

Yesterday I changed my wife's can am outlander max xt 570 spark plug, I find by removing left panel too makes much easier to access the front spark plug but need to bend the muffler thin metal guard then just need to bend it back

    3 жыл бұрын

@@saulcolin9476 I looked at a parts diagram and the 450 looks exactly like the 570 minus one cylinder. With that being said, I think the process will be very similar to my 570, but you won't have to worry about changing the spark plug for the rear cylinder since you don't have one.

Because Can-Am required me to do so on my 570. If you have a 570, then you should have noticed the caps were removed from the old spark plugs as well.
