As someone who has worked in mental health care for coming up on 30 years, I have to say, Better Help is problematic, to say the least. They don't use professionals, at all, and have caused more harm than good in many cases. They have also been in trouble overcharging people, and also exploiting the health care coverage details of those who use their services in countries like the U.S., and many other wrongdoings.

They killed their reputation, for good reason, and somehow managed to get back in the good graces of a ton of people. All it took was a few years being under the radar and the collective memory of everyone is wiped.

@@user-dm2kp3vo2u agreed. I meant that the sponsor can pound sand after they pay Matt. Not the commenter. It’s good for OP to bring this to people’s attention.

You can really tell that it is a moden engineer playing due to how he tries to cut costs and corners everywhere and ending up with things collapsing. 10/10 for realism.
Engineering at its finest like always - protecting the beer from those dastardly architects, as we all know that drunk architects make even worse designs.

That "deserves a raise" phrase hurts the people who are paying the graphic designer because they probably pay them more if not right and were treated great. Then there's a random person on the internet who thinks he's better at managing than the person who is paying. 👌

Compared to Polybridge, it feels a lot worse in this game when a bridge fails because the people and horses actually die.

They kinda do though, actually. Those bridge builder games are based on the real bridge simulators engineers use to test if the bridge will hold up the loads they are designed for. Of course those things don't look nearly as fancy as Polybridge.
No wayyy i used to play this game a lot i am so happy to see RCE playing
10:51 "Why are we taking such big logs?" I would assume to build more bridges!
14:50 Movement creates death is my motto in life.
The reason Matt found this game hard was because there were no engineers in medieval times, only archetects, which also means architects have buildings that have lasted longer than anything any engineer had made. Conclusion: Architects were the engineers before engineers
I disbelieve your statement about trusting a truss, one got beaten by a lettuce.
Reading the title I fully expected it to be the game Medieval Engineers lol
I remember playing bridge constructor wayyy back in 2015 as a kid, good times
'your bridge should never jiggle' ... It folds
I like how you had to get a sponsor to afford this expensive game
Alan was setting up rocks in that area 3:22
its funny cus im pretty sure most if not all medieval bridges where stone arch ones. but this game expects modern constructed ones just that the material does not include steel or concrete and wire. XD
Paddy & Matt in a STONE WAGON STONE WAGON STONE WAGON STONE WAGON!
Was watching your old minecraft videos. Makes me want to go back to playing it again
Mate every video you make is more entertaining than the last! You continue to outdo yourself. Love the content and look forward to it everyday. (Ps timberborners when)
"movement creates death" ... thats what i always tell my doctor when he said i need to move more but he just doesnt believe me and say i need to move my fast ass
Fun to compare your solutions to mine from years ago 👍👍
I see you using modern engineering in the medieval era Edit: you should play it again and use go all out with worrying about money and see what kind of wonderful bridges you can make
Delivering beer to the king and his soldiers is a most sacred duty, indeed. And that beer was in good hands with an efficiently minded engineer. Because 🎵What is the malted-liquor?! What gets ya drunker quicker?! What comes in bottles or in cans?!🍺 Can't get enough of it! 🍺 How I really love it! 🍺 Makes me think I'm a man!🎵
'on the 2nd year of overbudget bridgemas, my true love gave to me"
Damn, and here I was thinking RCE will finally play Medieval Engineers.
modern enginers: oh look at theese fancy steel Medivial engineers: ARCH
Civil engineer doing a bit of architecture there.
the last bridge was a mark of approval to the game
so much beer lost to the river D:
I was not ready for that growl of a intro, it might as well of been a jumpscare. 😅 I can already tell this is going to be a good episode.
"My bridge don't jiggle jiggle, It holds" (or folds)
Looks pretty decent, but the intended solutions under half budget seem like they're way too rigid. Like there's basically only a single possible way to do it under 1/2 and getting even the slightest bit of deviation from that will make it fail. Needs a lot more leeway in that regard, but otherwise it's got potential.
A bilf with giggle physics. What a time to be alive.
back in medieval times, before physics was discovered, apparently.
I still want a review of the Cody Dock rolling bridge.
you should use the roofs to stop the stones from breaking your bridge
Calvin and Hobbs way of testing bridges. 😊
Matt, OMG..... 5:30 How come you don't use Pratt Truss ??? And the brick pillar on the middle :Face-palm:
Used to play this all time on mobile.
How many horses died testing these bridges?
Truss him he's an Engineer, the strongest and efficent shape u'll see right here. XD
18:20 "How are are we meant to complete the earlier ones?" By going over budget with inelegant designs.
When a bridge is in trouble Matt says truss me Im an engineer
So this is just poly bridge but medieval. I like it
I love watching your videos, RCE supremacy
