i think this worked so well between them because they are obviously very insightful, open-minded and down to earth people. i love asking people questions like this all the time and often thats how i form some of my best connections! Yet i realize many people also shut down when being asked questions like this because they are too scared to show who they really are or simply dont even seem to understand. sharing a similar world view as someone (which they seem to do) really makes bonding with someone (even a stranger) so much easier.

I said that same thing. Lol the conversation would have never flowed like this if I was on a blind date. My mind is constantly going so I stay changing the subject quicker than they can speak. Also they kept the same tone throughout my voice weavers when I talk and change expressions.

J Kookie awkwardness can be overcame , it’s all within you . Ask yourself why you feel awkward around others . Failure isn’t scary it’s the fact that we never take chances . You really have no reason to feel awkward because the other person is just another human being like you who could be undergoing what you are .

It happens when two people are confident and compatible. I've talked to so many of my friends who are in relationships and most of them say that getting with their partner was really easy. Those that don't say that usually did not last long. It makes sense cuz it shows that there are inherent similarities between the 2 people that makes the atmosphere comfortable. It's not what questions you ask, it's how you present yourself. He could've answered those questions really poorly and they would've still hit it off cuz they are similar.
