Beautiful views! If you love these mountain views I hope some day you make it to Cortina d'Ampezzo. A distance from you, but well worth the trip!
The "cowdroppings " are molehills 😊 Beautiful trip and stunning views !
I believe the numerous mounds you saw on the ground were Marmot burrows. Marmots are common in that area and live at high elevations; they don't tolerate heat well.
Absolutely stunning and not a person in sight. That's the beauty of it.
Hi it’s your neighbor on 2 continents- when time permits you need to share a visit to Santo Stefano di Sessanio - as always you did a great job! Saluti !
It took me a while to understand that you said L'Aquila but your pronunciation of Campo Imperatore was eccelent! 👍
Did you visit l’acquila. It’s near campoimperatore.
I go to Campo Imperatore alot in the summer it is so beautiful. Its my favorite place to go.
Has Google maps ever taken you on a long journey only to find the road ends and picks back up on the other side of a stream or something and you have you have to drive another 30 minutes..I know sometimes it happens in the US and can be a bit frustrating 😅
