Thanks for watching. Now that the house is stable, we were able to clear out the room with the old furniture. We actually set up a temporary guest room. Our next project will be the bathroom. After that, we will be saving up for some major renovations 😀

I have been lax on watching videos. Your house looks amazing. The windows and the stone walls are gorgeous. Bravo.

Love the cactus! I must say those tiles look fabulous!! Such a great idea to use the pool grade non-slip. Your home is looking beautiful.

Thank you so much! We have been blessed. Our expectations have always been exceeded! Our architect recommended the tiles and uses them as well. Our local builder went above and beyond by tiling our front porch as well!

We actually both love them. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they can survive and thrive up in Roccaspinalveti. The fruit is difficult to find in south Florida. We are hoping that this was grow nice and big in that little corner 😀Thanks for watching!

@@cerchiamo i'd cover it with a transparent plastic sheet, with a stick in the middle, to make it cone-shaped, so the water slides easily off. poking holes in the plastic. you know abruzzo in the winter, man

Thanks. Unfortunately we had to return to Miami but it is getting warmer in Abruzzo now. Hope ing it will be pretty hearty before winter returns. We’ll be able to check on it in November.

Thanks for watching. We knew it was a shot in the dark. You never know though. So far we had the old broken furniture removed from the other bedroom and set up a temporary guest room. Now that the house is stable we are making plans to redo the bathroom. After that we plan to save up for some major renovations.
