The skotti is really nice but at $290 I'm gonna pass on it, especially since I don't need any car camping gear at the moment

I don't see the appeal. Overpriced and you have to assemble the thing. When you're car camping, why on earth do you take a grill you have to put together instead of one of the hundred options that you open up and it's ready to go for half the price?

I like moosejaw. Got the 1 gallon hydroflask from them, a long while later it started leaking, contacted moosejaw and they replaced it no problems.

Ha! It’s the Hydroblu Jerrycan. It had a filter in it and is seriously awesome.
You forgot about clean up and packing. How would that flat pack one be to deal with after months of use?

Only so much time in a video... For the Skotti, being stainless steel it cleans up really nice and easy. Better than dealing with cast iron IMO out on a trip.
Can't say I'm taking much of anything that needs to be assembled to cook if I'm car camping. There are too many plug and play options.
