Glad you had a nice hostess and a good sleep. Looks like the fortification still had a bell. I wonder if that new building will be there 300 years from now? Still no WC's along the trail in this area? It seems like this hike would be very expensive having to stay at a pension every night and then eating out all the time. Ribbons in a tree is a sacred thing that the natives do in MN. We had a Cuckoo clock that I bought in Germany and it Cuckooed all night long. We finally stopped the clock for some peace and quiet. I agree with the demographics of hikers. And yes, the birds sound great. Nice place at the end. John from MI

Hey Bart, one day on the trail when your bored can you talk about your experience vlogging from the trail ... pros, cons, and how to, for people thinking of doing the same. Has it been a good experience for you etc? I started following for the van build back in the day when I was converting my promaster and if was funny that you are on the camino as we start the frances in a week.

Many times Vlogging is the only company I have. In France, it was the only time I spoke English.
