I would hate to see it- but if it made more people realize what amazing song writers they were- as well as how far ahead of their time they were( a lot of bands on alternative rock radio sound like more like this than Nirvana or the Red Hot Chili Peppers in 2016) it would be worth it. Cameo is a legendary band. The can do it all. Bangers, slow jams, funk, hip hop, soul, socially conscious, jazz, funky new wave ie. Alligator Woman. They need to be inducted to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame in my opinion. Also Larry Blackmon is one of the most underrated producers ever.
I not only like it, I love this song! Cameo's concerts were legendary! 💯⭐❤👍
Cameo was so damn badass. They had that hard funk, incorporated hiphop without sounding corny, pulled all the ladies, and they could ROCK!
The national anthem of funk
"She's my twilight Zone and my Al Capone; she's my Rolling Stone, and my Eva Perone" nuff said.
There is so much about this video that I absolutely love and it always, always puts a smile on my face. Larry Blackmon is amazing...such an original and humorously crazy.

Out of all their hits, this has gotta be my favorite Cameo song!
Still one of the smoothest tracks ever. Just picked this up on vinyl and the whole album brings the funk
I freakin loved Cameo! The 80’s Man!!!
The composition is amazing. Timeless
This was one of the coolest songs in 1985
"Walking down the avenue....." Don't know why that was favorite part as a kid.
Their lyrics are so freaking sweet. Love them.
