} commented 2 years ago. I'm pleased to say my life has for ever changed. I did a 30 day fast. Lost 40 pounds, clean and sober! I have changed mind body and spirit. I call Cam my Beast Brother and as part of my morning ritual I listen to this tape and the keep hammering one every morning. Again thanks Cam!

can't compare weed to alchohol in regards to training But ,high on life' is good, a good point Weed is about chilling, rather than being high In a sense - if you can't chill, then you haven't tried enough earlier 💪✌

Hi Cameron, I have always admired your tenacity and enthusiasm. I lifted weights and ran for 26 years and wound up with arthritis in every joint and 6 major surgeries on my back. Don't take me wrong; I'm not saying to not exercise. Far from it. I'm saying instead of running 10 miles, hike 15. Instead of lifting 90-100% or your max, just do many repetitions with 50 to 60%. If you even feel a twinge of tendinitis stop and completely try another exercise. Too much hype and testosterone drove me to become a broken down 53 year old. You're a genetic gift. I wish I was!-Paul

Hi Wanderings0ul, I started having tendinitis when I was 24 (Started lifting at 20 while in the Marine Corps) and kept pressing myself with anti-inflamitories. That was stupid of me. The back pain is the worse. Hope you are well.

Paul, 100% correct brother. Good advice and thanks for sharing. To add to what you said, earth grounding for the body(if you dont know what it is look it up) does amazing health wonders for the body and will keep your muscles, bones, joints, from breaking down that way long term, along with eating plenty of animal and other healthy fats, adequate salt intake, and your best possible diet etc.

Thanks Cam! Needed to hear this today. I just quit smoking a month ago after 25 years of killing myself. The main reason I quit was I took up bow hunting white tail deer. Hard enough to do not smelling like an ashtray! Weather u want to be or not, u are a great role model !!!

Starting is the hardest part. I used to have great discipline with working out. But got a new overnight job and threw off my routine completely and been off my routine for 2 years . I hate the weak feeling I've had and need to get back to form. Plan on learning archery too. I need a outdoor passion and been really considering getting a compound bow and start target shooting.

Thanks for the tips! I'm about to hit 30 this year and am realizing I need to do hard much harder things in life. There's a lot that hasn't gone according to plan that I can't change, but there's so much more for my future that I can. I'm personally plant based, but am one of the few that have no problem with guys wanting to hunt and eat their own game. Plus who wants to put industrial farmed garbage into their body? amaright? I appreciate what you're promoting!

I appreciate how open and understanding you are. A lot of plant based diet people hate on hunters and vice versa when we all should just be hating on industrial farms and trying to be healthy lol

Did any body tell you life was a Gimme! Wrong! Went through a hurtful lost love, divorce mainly over different paths in life and a lack of extra money. Fell off the wagon. But guess what? Climbed back on and half way through another 30 day sabbath fast! New workout program. Determined to stay clean and sober for the rest of my life! Through it all I'm trying to be a better person. I still watch Cams Beast channel every day!! I really thank God for the encouraging people like him in my life.

I've done it all, macro counting, paleo, keto et. al and as an avid 50 yo CrossFit athlete I've found that balance is what you can live with forever. All things in moderation, a sensibly balanced diet and even wine with my dinner and I'm still optimized. I will from time to time do some intermittent fasting to keep the body guessing but other than that, rigorous exercise and a balanced lifestyle can take you a long wa in this life.
