I suffer from depression and other related psychological disorders coming from post trauma and also for being responsible of everything alone far from the closest persons. but when I hear this music I feel relaxed and in some few instants I feel free.... understand that it's just an illusion. everything including you have and don't. even yourself. we are merely a blink in the time. take a moment and think about how short our lives are. you are never gonna experience these moments again, this life again. all the people around you, are never going to stay here forever. nothing is permanent. Just live, laugh and love. Forgive yourself and forgive others. life is gift brother. Live while you have it. only dead people don't have depression. be grateful and trust the Divine.

Depression is nothing more than thoughts in our mind. Buddha insists that we are not our minds or thoughts. This realisation for me was the start of a journey dealing with my depression caused by OCD. The mind is our master or servant.... choose which.... Peace to all ☯️

Recovering from a TBI AVM Surgery it’s been 7 1/2 months as a disabled person I am free to explore more of who I am just having my self & God makes me feel like that is enough to be content. God thank you for allowing me to explore life again starting my newly immature state as a young adult still having to know all that I’ve learned.

Worship the Creator NOT the Creation. Jesus Christ is God . I was so lost , so broken , so hurt and so addicted. 12 years of snorting pills and shooting Heroin ! At the end of this I was strung out sleeping in the Arizona desert for almost a year. Then one night in my brokenness I cried out to Jesus by name ! He showed up in my tent and spoke to me , broke my chains and gave me a new life . From that moment I was free. No craving, no withdrawal, Clear mind and a new out look in life . Most of all He filled me with His Holy Spirit to overcome this world .I am now 7 years clean with a beautiful wife and 3 amazing boys. My life is not my own cuz I should be here , but God ! All things are possible with Him . If u struggle or need help ,reach out to me or some other Holy Spirit filled person. Jesus is King over everything and my life is proof. Love u all and all these beats

I was lost in thought again... momentarily oblivious to passers by who might stare at a man standing still in the rain, as I laughed, with face upturned to the open sky, an open street, passers by giving only a glimpse. Sparrows call amidst the ice cold slivers, my hair being plastered to my head. Im dreaming again, of meeting you... The thought of colds-coughing and next day fevers never passing my mind. I had just found all the answers and even in that memory, I can remember my lessons. With the sweet songs of the sun comes the shadows of the night, dangerous and ominous, as they may be, they still hold their innocence, their shear beauty of unknowing of dreaming and dancing and of secret hands holding each other to take step after step, together... pure, blind, faith... You are wise! Wiser than anything I have ever known and I am always going to be yours, your lesson in life, in the teachings of god and ungod and innocence and struggling within to find a balance that never truely existed outside of us, but rather gave itself a name to fit into the few who are truly mentally, unconditionaly enabled to feel such a thing... equal, free... the same, together... How humbling, how overwhelming, how as one with you I feel. Through water lidded eyes, I can remember you standing there, watching me in my embarrasment, nakid, humbled, in front of you. Paint brush in hand stroke after stroke even when the colors ran in the rain... its natural..."perfection" is unnatural and only in letting what will be... be, do we receive from life that which was truely meant for us. If only the world understood that which has only just begun to touch the finger tips of the blind. What is there beyond labels of creatures of the unknown?...of...extremely human? Of deeply, just, us? Where do we fit in besides each others hearts? Nowhere else. Which is "exactly" where we have always belonged. Taking first steps onto the shore of knowledge... I remember now, why it is that I am here...to show others love and to wait for you... with the sweet songs of the sun comes the shadows of the night, dangerous and ominous, as they may be, they still hold their innocence, their shear beauty of unknowing of dreaming and dancing and of secret hands holding each other to take step after step, together... pure, blind, faith...I dream, of you.

A child cannot fororver be lost .At last his father finds him and take him home at the end . So lord like this no matter whatever is going on with me or my mind ,you will bring me back to you . The healing or fixing process has already been started ❤❤❤❤

I feel this ... This other world in the music....the world is on my shoulders and that's hard for anyone. Top that with depression/anxiety/PTSD/CPTSD and kids with special needs and being left to do it all on your own.... I'm a walking tree some days... I feel numb. A bright spot in my dark clouds is my daily longing and this music & others does it for me.

I slept through this mix..so peaceful Did my work out through this mix and felt great about myself and my body

Its Morraine Lake in Banff National Park, Alberta Canada. Beautiful lake, you can also rent a canoe for an hour. Wife and I went this year. Would love to come back and visit. Nice peaceful drive as well.

Back to Peace - Eirene Space, it was a beautiful mesmerizing trip. The nice long drives on their smooth pavements, the views, looking out on the beautiful landscape. Its nice getaway for sure. Seeing the unmolested countryside. And the people there are very sweet and friendly from our experience. But canoeing thru that beautiful turquoise glacier water was very zen like. The sounds of water as you paddle, so rich and the magnificent views all around. So peaceful and serene. Got me rewatching videos on my phone now of this trip.
