@@mindunwind1 so i see u got no psychosomatic techniques or Yoga background to support those wishy washy ( spiritual mainstream infused ) affirmations . No one get unstressed with affirmations in my experience - because u need a real deep inquiry to get to the stress triggers ....i listen to music since age 12 AND i love music for many reasons . But people out there aint going to release stressful mind patterns just with music ...that is also part of my 25 year experiences .Have a good Christ-conscious-mas dear unwinding mind .🦋

I am my best friend. People hurt u, betray u, use u and then leave u alone. But only you can heal and power yourself. This music helps do that. I travel a lot and I love walking the streets of Amsterdam or Barcelona with this kind of music in my ears. At 52 im just starting to train my old dancers body again. I was in the Fire Service for many years and after i became sick with several autoimmune diseases i was in too much pain to do anything. After almost 10 years of suffering, im finally getting the right treatment. Dance brings me home and this music takes me there. Thank you!

In recent years, repeated trauma has made me jaded. I almost don't feel anything anymore. I dont hate anyone or anything, I just became undone and almost numb. Satisfaction slips through my grasp, happiness is a distant memory, and peace remains elusive. It's a sad feeling, but songs like this touch a deeply buried nerve and I feel a sputtering spark of life forming. Though the spark hardly lasts, I savor it regardless. Thanks to whoever composed this.

God is found inside the arms of peace. Make peace with yourself by learning to love who you are. You are an eternal spirit who is having a human experience. You are human with emotions, feelings, pleasant or unpleasant, they are a part of you. Feeling numb is a feeling. Start there. Try to sit with your numbness and learn to accept it. Sit and breathe through it. How does it feel in your body? What physical sensations can you feel? Listen to your body and it will respond. The more you connect with that numbers the more you can connect with your body. We are souls encased in a human biological spacesuit, so to speak, in the same way an astronaut knows how to navigate his space suit, you have to learn to navigate your human body. Your soul wants to feel but your body doesn't. Why? Because to your body feeling feelings is registered as pain. Emotional pain to the body is physical pain. It hurts to hurt. But to make things simple, start with numbness. Write as much as you can about your own numbness. And when you learn that and you start to become more comfortable with feeling, your body will open up, then your heart and that will be the biggest hurt but that is where healing takes place, in the heart. Then the mind, then the body, lastly, the spirit and there you will find peace. But the journey to the self is a long and extensive journey. Know that it will take time, lots of time, a year? 2? Do the self work every day. Meditation, pray, exercise, drink plenty of water & eat well. Take some mood boosting supplements, like ashwaganda, B12, healthy oils, avocado. Feed the brain and the body will respond. Feed your thoughts with things that inspire you and your mood will lighten. Feed your soul with prayer, spirituality or meditation, or your choice, and your spirit will lift. So, my dear friend, you will get there. Start with your numbness. See it as ice, when you meditate, visualize it melting, gradually over time the numbness will melt and reveal what is inside; a beautiful human being who is struggling right now and is having a hard time but that doesn't mean that you are any less, any less special, any less important. You matter. I am here telling you all this because I matter. My pain matters. So does yours. Validate your feelings. Yes, it's the most difficult you can ever do but you can do it. Now you have a way, a way to melt your numbness. It's going to be ok. Have faith, keep your eyes on the light of hope. Don't let go of you. 1💚 With self love comes more compassion, more kindness, is a deep journey that starts first in darkness but as you face yourself, your feelings, new life is found in healing, light is in healing.
