@@A2Ztigers Me too! The only issue is that most soundboards of that type are expensive or restrictive with the audio you can use

I absolutely love Ravs and Harry being married couple. I really really wish to get a director's cut edition available to everyone with some extra scenes (make it 8 hour video or something) as this is just such a joy to watch on long rides. And yes, carburetor (traditionally at the bottom of an engine) being disconnected from the brake engine was a very common issue for 193̶0̶13 Rolls Royce 40/50 H.P. "Silver Ghost"! What a nice catch from Ravs.

Love the banter between Simon and Lyds, they play off each other so well

I love how Lydia got Simon to try out his swindling in character. She's so great at staying in character and still getting stuff going! I love all the other players as well, this whole channel continues to entertain and impress!

Everyone has such wonderful characters this time around, Perry and Maggie have just amazing chemistry especially

Really enjoying the slow burn creepiness and how Perry always is doing his best to flee any spooky situation as fast as possible

I'm always so sad when the episode is over ;_; I don't want the fun to end.

Brilliant as always, we definitely need more Call of Cthulhu. This is some of the best Cthulhu content out there.

Damnit Tom, I normally have a lie down and relax with Mystery Quest before bed, but this weeks episode had me on the edge of it all! Can't wait for next week, but I am officially blaming you and the crew for lost sleep tonight!

If I were Simon, I would've tried to do the "communing with the beyond" by describing the woman who Simon just saw behind the window to Augustus (or what's his name). It would've made the impression to Veronica and Augustus that Simon was actually getting information from the beyond, which would've been very much on brand for his charlatan character.

I'm loving this series almost as much as Ravs loves feet

I love Maggie's reaction to Perry telling her that he saw a ghost.

Loving this. Despite the comedic way Simon and Lydia are playing it I did get a wee creepy shiver when Perry noticed the 'weird shape' in the basement full of porcelein dolls.

I LOLed when he mentioned the abramelin operation because i do know what it is and it supposedly cursed Alister Crowley's mansion on lock ness when he half assed it

I really like this adventure so far. It has a slower pace and builds the suspense over time, which I really enjoy. :D So many horror adventures (not necessarily the ones played on this channel) rush things too much. I remember one adventure I listened to in particular. Not even 5 minutes had passed after the character introductions and the narrator says, "You see your neighbour walk up the driveway with a shopping bag full of hands".

Mr Corbitt as a scenario is meant to kick off quite quickly, but that does sound rushed even for that one.

I know I should have headed back... but if I have to go through the artic snow to watch a Mystery Quest, I'll go through it.

I love how the cast is seriously embracing the roleplaying. They’re good at it! If you told me 10 years ago that Simon would seriously roleplay with a standard level of fucking around I would call you a liar. It makes me so happy.

Tom sets these up so cinematic, I love how he cuts between them when they;re doing stuff, really feels like a movie.

Got goosebumps at a few points.

This is a series i'll come back 3 years later to rewatch.

Ah damn, now its a week until the next episode. This is the best one they've done yet.

More of call of goodness is always 👌 Also this has been proper spooky and i love everyones role in it, the sound edits are on point aswell and make it alot more spooky, i was genuinely getting spooked out

Love the narration from Tom. He does a great job describing enough to picture the scene, while leaving it vague enough for your imagination to run wild.

I've listened to a lot of different actual plays. Most never catch my attention. Mystery Quest thankfully has such a great cast, and wonderful sound production that I constantly find myself enjoying the content. Great work all of you! Keep it up 😄Loved Goblin Grinder and The Haunting of Ypsilon 14. Would love it if y'all tried out the Aliens RPG. I think you'd have a blast.

This is the first series on this channel I am watching and I never realised there would be so much great sound editing and how they interact off each other. Simon and Lydia's duo are great!!

I feel like this is less Lydia playing a role than channelling a previous life. Maggie suits her so well, it's an absolute joy to watch! So glad we came back to her and Perry and Ravs and Harry are doing a wonderful job flirting with each other.

Ravs is so damn good in these! The others as well of course but I’ve not seen ravs do role play before and he’s great!

Good god I’m loving mystery quest. Dad and I watch it every Saturday together. This one had us both proper scared Our theory’s. Perhaps somthing couldn’t come through properly and ended up inhabiting the wife’s body. Or perhaps somthing came through and inhabited the wife and they thought she died so buried her. We’re both pretty stumped by the whole forgetting stuff

How could the woman be both showing itself to perry and be in the coffin at the same time, also, both ravs and barry could hear her while she was in the coffin, so perhaps shes doing some spirit projecting or something of the like? Its clear someone else died, I think that person may have been killed by evangeline, and so whoever the illusion caster is, (strong thoughts about the maid,) they decided to wipe their memory of them. To avoid them becoming aware of their mother.

This story is super spooky.
