Their staff are utterly vile, mate. I got grassed up by one of their employees for 'shoplifting'. Obviously I wasn't, they just fancied ruining someone's day. They said I was in 'suspicious clothing' (I was wearing ambulance service uniform with a black hiking coat over the top). I went back and challenged them and they bottled it and rang the police. My complaint got absolutely nowhere.

@@goodyeoman4534 If I was running a company or a police station, I would keep a lookout for any youtube videos about my company or officers. Not rocket science and would take 10 minutes of my day. People generally have a stinking attitude like this because the company or supervising officers encourage it. Sh*t always flows from the top. If a police officer or employee acted like that for a decent company or police station, their feet would not touch.. Unfortunately anyone half decent does not stay long

I sometimes watch these Audits and can't believe this is the country I've lived in for 60 years, people are so rude and aggressive, it's nothing like the country it used to be. So much disrespect, carrying a camera and taking photos / videos is a perfectly legal pastime, everyone wants to tell you what you can and can't do, those people are so sad.

I agree, in the past people would never think trespassing on private property and annoying people trying to go about their day job was an acceptable past time. But sadly, society is now full of what I regard as pretty low life types who enjoy inflicting misery on people trying to do a days work.

They may be unaware due to lack of empathy, mental illness, narcissism, psychopathy, tendency to be a bully, bad upbringing or just a nasty streak, or perhaps they were a victim of something. Who knows why exactly people think being a prat is acceptable. They would not like it if someone followed them and their family around filming them as they go about their life.

PJ and a colleague went to a M&S site last week and M& S shit themselves and went into total lockdown and they had about 20 wagons waiting to get in. They phoned the cops attended and said hi to PJ and said he could film in public, so then the cops went to tell M&S that it was ok to film and M&S got really pissed off that the police didn’t arrest PJ or take his drone off him . It was them M&S that caused the chaos and not PJ as by then they had 30 plus HGV’s waiting to go in as security had closed the main gates .

He think's by raising his voice your going to comply. Tresspass is a civil matter, no one will be arrested - the little bald fella knows nothing.

Not just any tyrant, but an m&s Tyrant.

The fact baldy doesn't see how contradictory it is to threaten someone for calling him a tyrant is actually quite funny.

This is a great audit. Bearing in mind M&S have been filming us for over 30 years without our consent its a bit too bloody rich when you throw it back at 'em. At least you didn't get the lockdown treatment like you know who.

What a complete Bell End, M&S should be made aware of this aggressive and rude behaviour. Threatening a member of the public like that is surely a public order offence. The Security guard was OK, the gimp at the start was a major worry and needs some anger management courses. They love throwing the threat of the police have been called, as if it's going to terrify you. All instigated by Mr Angry I'm sure.

Good advert for M&S! What a prat!

Get this vid sent to every member of the M&S board & ask them why their staff greet the public to their premises like this. It also needs to go to the police when you get him charged for threatening behaviour. If you don't do this, forget being an auditor. Remember, the whole point of the PINAC movement is education. This wannabe thug clearly needs educating, although personally, I'd have preferred if you gave him a pasting. Educational in it's own way, but not the PINAC way, I guess. Still ..... :)

Hi N A, this must be one of the best ever!, one has to wonder what this poor man had for breakfast!, whatever it was I hope he finds something better for tomorrow. There is little doubt in my mind that his behaviour is s simple case of common assault, a criminal offence but not a very serious one. What is much more important is the effect this sort of thing has on the company's public relations image, M & S can be so proud of him!. The second one asks you for 'flyer I D', then when that gains no traction he tells you the road is private, as if that means anything when it is so clearly open to the public. The hostility is quite unforgivable while the state of ignorance is entirely the fault of his employer. Cheers, Richard.
