The easy and correct answer is that these are business premises and not a private dwelling, which of course is a totally different thing. The expectation of privacy is a different issue although filming a dwelling is fine provided you are mindful of the privacy of the occupants.

lol @ your youtube handle... I would argue that it's a genuine skill-no qualifiers needed. Nothing exemplifies a severe lack of intelligence more than incessantly talking over someone and denying them the chance to finish. Additionally, listening is truly an art mastered by intelligent beings. Let the individual in question unleash their nonsensical thoughts first. Then, when the opportune moment arises, carefully choose your words to articulate your point. If executed well, your words should prompt a pause, encouraging them to contemplate your perspective. It's a challenging feat, but successfully making someone pause and think, especially someone inclined toward nonsensical rambling, is a noteworthy accomplishment.

Yeah when she said move on she asked. Anyone is entitled to ask, but she didn't make demands and she laughed a bit too so yeah not the worse. It was her opinion that I wasn't causing trouble and she investigated at the scene, so sorry trolls who have a less informed opinion 😄

@@northernaudits Yes, the other aspect about these drone shots which folks often do not consider is one of documenting changes which are taking place across our country. These industrial estates spring up all the time, and at some point in the future, their impact upon the socio-economic history of our country will be regarded as an important point of discussion. You, and other guys doing similar work, are creating historical archives.

Another great video NA's. I would like it if you challenged the police a bit more on their reasons for attending a non crime incident. Ask them what information they have received in the call that has led them to attend. Concerns and feelings don't equal criminal offence. This is a complete and utter waste of police time and resources.

@retroonhisbikes My reading of it is that he couldn't understand why a strange man wearing a mask was standing outside his business filming, and I think he has a point. If Northern Audits thinks the building looks impressive from the air and wants to film it, why doesn't he just get on with filming it? Instead he stands outside, masked up, pointing at a camera at them, knowing that it will provoke a confrontation. Yes, the bloke was confused about the law and couldn't articulate his questions right, but put yourself in his shoes. It is very odd behaviour and what you see is his reaction to it. Easy to make him look foolish - and in my view, a bit unfair. Not that I wish to make this personal, but given your own experience with Alex Belfield, I'm surprised that you support the harassment of people by this individual. Did you stop the consider the other side of it?

She is sad she doesn’t have any power, because somehow she agrees that you shouldn’t be filming, even though it’s legal. Strange

@@northernaudits My big issue with the police is you can watch them. Someone then commits an offence in front of them. They ignore it. Mafia in front of New Scotland Yard? No action Illegal motorbikes, on the pavement, ignored by the police. The law? Ignored by the police. I've got a complaint primed. Red route police parking illegally on a red route to fine people parking illegally on red routes. I've got the college of policing regulations that say basic police drivers MUST obey all rules in the highway code. I've a FOI out with the met, do you have any exemptions from the rules? They will say no. Then they are stuffed.

The fool who started trying to quote the law was having a tantrum …..he then phoned the Cops about a Legal activity and it seems the Cops told him that it was both Legal and Lawful to film the building from the public and to fly a small Drone over ! I do not know why the Cops bother to turn up to these cry babies who try to tell other people what photons of light they can record . He even resorted to profane abuse ! Well that seemed like a very strange Police interaction to me like she just didnt really care what you was doing no questions nothing I can only presume that she knew you were being lawful in what you was doing.

She was there for 25 mins + and did nothing. 25 mins of tax payer nothingness

The female officer is essentially work for / providing a service to this company, doing their bidding for them, coming out to the member of the public to see if she can move them on . . . why isn't she on our side, the public are the ones who pay her to protect our rights, why isn't she inside telling the company to leave you alone, and if they continue to harass and swear at you they could get themselves in trouble . . . . every time there's a dispute between a citizen and a company the police _by default_ side with the company, they push the company's point of views, try and enforce the company's wishes and wants, she's happy to get you 'moved on' simply because that's what the company want . . . when did this happen, when did the police decide to work for these businesses rather than for the public ?

Awesome job and patience as always and great drone footage. ⭐⭐⭐👍 Appears at the rear DH Stainless removed one of the two 3 section covered storage, each which had loose roof fabric; tall blue storage rack in other corner appears added in past year or so. Likely they moved to the 21083 sqft unit on 0.75 acres around 2010 or after. Prior the unit was Dawson News and constructed early 1990s. On OS maps, Altham shown as a small village with a colliery north of the main road that closed in 1949. The industrial estate hillside appears to have been agricultural. Older maps show between Altham and Huncoat to the south, ran an aerial cable near the route of Shorten Brook Way where Northern Audits was recording. At 16 minutes, the concrete hardstand was added 2017-2018 for the neighboring business and previously a vacant parcel. Despite all the information available from google views, Northern Audits drone views footage is superior - Bar none! 🏆
