Thankyou Alistair for providing us with a masterclass on how to be a MD: - Rush into situations, dont bother gathering any facts and jump straight into taking the wrong action - When an expert (eg the police) tell you that you are in the wrong get butthurt and start throwing around personal insults - Behave like a petulant child - Admit on camera that you are keeping top secret things out in the open where everyone can see them Please promote that security guard to MD. Would do a much better job.

As someone who worked for a Mental Health Team for 20 years in my local community, I know whose Mental Health I was most concerned about When Alistair made that unneeded comment, and its Alistair himself. Appears he doesn't like finding out he is lawfully in the wrong and will try insult good people when things aren't going his way. What a very unpleasant man Alistair turned out to be.

@@northernaudits I might be totally wrong, but my perception of Alistair based strictly what I saw in the video is He has built up a belief that he, and the business he manages is of huge importance to the world. The way he spoke to you, and then the Police makes me believe he feels himself superior to his subordinates, his staff, you and the Police. He all but commanded the Police to attend. He stretched the truth as much as he dared by suggesting you were "Facing off" his staff when in fact it was his unpleasant staff who came out to you in a public place and faced you off. I can only imaging how he felt when the Police told him you were within the law and they had more serious issues to deal with. His last resort in trying to hold onto his perceived, power over you was a succession of insults, suggesting you may be Mentally unwell, and then further suggestions you were breaking the law by flying flow and flying near a power station. A decent man would have apologised the second he found out he was wrong. He didn't, and has now most likely gone home to boot his dog around the garden.

The response from my manager at the time was that she thought I was overreacting and needed to “snap out of it!!” Our Occupational Health department understandably took a very dim view of her comments.

🤣Poor old Alistair, he was so managerial wasn't he. If you'd stuck a pin in him just before the end he'd have taken off and flown higher than your drone.

Poor old Alistair started off well - the purposeful stride; the forceful questionning; the whipping out of the notebook and the call to the police right in front of NA was all textbook stuff. He would have passed the PCSO entrance exam there and then. But when that didn't work he had nowhere to go. No backup plan. He threw in the towel. His later attempt to regain control backfired when he realised he was just digging himself into a bigger hole. To paraphrase Captain Mainwaring - don't tell 'em about the warehouse doors, Pike!

When they start taking a photograph of you, it does ruin Tracy's argument that you must have permission. Did she ask you for permission? Of course not.

As they are a MOD contractor, I am amazed they didn't get the AWACS and F22 fighter jets out circling. They may be a contractor but as as seller to the MOD and not a secret base.

Alister a grown man acting like a sulking child, obviously got his own way most of his life. It really doesn't reflect well on this business, attitudes are really at a low.

Alister sounds like he does a fair amount of talking to himself. When management at Terberg World Headquarters in The Netherlands see this they will send men in white coats in an unmarked white van to take poor ole Alister to a secure facility not far away for a nice wee holiday in a lovely room with padding around the walls.

I hate these businesses making false police reports they should be charged as u were not facing off as he reported to them. You were nothing but pleasant to them no breach of the peace etc they made it sound worse than it even was. Disgraceful the police need to hold them accountable for making false reports which is what they do to get a faster dispatch this is why officers aren’t available for other jobs these days. A lister waste of space for a company yet again to be called the police on 999 which is for emergencies and people in immediate danger

Always amazes me how people think using 999 (which should only be used in emergencies) is an appropriate response to someone calmly talking about taking photos of a company. I'd feel guilty if I were them, they're taking an operator away from possibly saving someone's life.

Excellent drone flying and video work. Your day/night cut was spot on. I got the feeling when Alistair Managing Director got his notebook and pen at the ready to write your name down and 5 seconds later must have thought 'damnation, why did I bring my notebook and pen all the way out here I was sure that it would make him tell me his name, now I just look silly'

I think it's great that Alistair gives his gran Tracy a job.

There are times that I feel that me and the wife are the only people in the country that don’t own a hi viz coat.

If its so confidential and naughty to take photos of their vehicles on their plot while you are in public, then they should put a big tent over the whole complex.

Why aren't the police switchboard informed of the laws so they can tell these people not to call them. Just a waste of police time.

I was getting around to explaining the law but each time I was interested and handed off to a new character 😄

*When they threaten to call the police, always let them know its NO LONGER POSSIBLE TO STOP RECORDING since they might lie to the police, so you need a record.* Tracy> Get hold of Alistair cause I think he well want to call the police. I have asked you to turn the recording off. Reply> Well you can forget any idea that I will turn the recording off now Tracey, before I was recording for my reasons, now I'm also recording for proof incase Alistair calls the police and says I did anything I haven't done. So I'll have to tell Alistair there is now NO CHANCE AT ALL I can stop recording due to what you have said he might do.

Yes, I've had people like before to get the police out and try and weaponise the police against someone not committing a crime.

@@northernaudits Oh I don't consider the police weaponizable unless you let it occur. Like on police arrival let them know you are recording for evidence purposes should any court claim be made against you *or by you*, so you will have no questions or directives as to your filming asked or answered and would advise the officer to start his recorder also. Telling them you are recording for court and they should start recording also shifts the dynamic of power on their arrival. No more BS threats will spew out of their mouths since they know from the start it could end in court.

Really like the way you were polite and non antagonistic, but you had the opportunity to explain to those people like DJ does what is lawful and not. This gives them the chance to be educated regarding your lawful activity and improve there interactions with auditors in the future.

Thanks. Usually I do educate but at each stage just before I was about to - I was handed off to the next person. I did plan a big reveal and laws explanation with the MD but he didn't give me chance. Also I'm more inclined to do that if I have accessed their site, but on this occasion I was approached and mobbed in public 😂 thanks 🙏 for the watch, much appreciated 👍

That aircraft part is actually a directional propeller for an intercontinental ballistic missile. Definitely one for the mantlepiece.
