That felt like being in group therapy , in a good way . Seeing you two being as honest and open as you can be , talking about male insecurity, identity and adverse mental health conditions and inviting all of us lot into such private and intimate parts of your lives is honestly some of the best you tube content I've seen. I know I'm commenting almost a year on but I'd still like to say thank you. Listening to and watching this type of content helps me to get in touch and understand my more vulnerable side and feel less alone with it . I know I'm looking at a great father and uncle, one day the little one is going to look back at this and feel about as proud as a boy can be about his old man and brilliant uncle . Ta again lads

I struggled to sleep last night so decided to watch the podcast, can honestly say this was one of my favourites. The story alone was so warming and almost reassuring for the future, and something I know I can rely on to look back on when my time comes and panic might be starting to set in. But the main reason I loved this was seeing how far the two of you have come together and the true bromance you have. Its so warming to see the love you have for each other and how happy you both were. Congratulations Laurence, without knowing you I can tell you will be an amazing Dad, and congrats Brian, now a questionable uncle!!

This was one of your best, loved hearing about it all, reminded me of when my daughter was born, just loved the whole thing :) congratulations man and Brian, keep going, been there since the early doors and I've seen you go through a lot, I've dealt with a lot of my own childhood issues/secrets lately and I know how affecting it can all be, but you got this man, if anyone can do it, you can :) much love to you both, feel like I understand you both even more now and it's refreshed my love for all you've created, amazing x

I just want to say, this was by in far the best podcast I think you two have ever done. It was beautiful watching both of you be sensitive, and really acknowledge your friendship on screen in such a long way. We always see glimpses of how close you two are, but this was from start to finish sheer love for one another. Congratulations to both of you, I'm glad you both got this win.

Such a wonderful conversation, absolutely amazing to see, I'm certainly going to re-listen many times over! Pod 133 marks a very special milestone, especially after the last 12 months. You not only carry and make one-another better, but you do so for many, many others too. I'm so grateful for the open and genuine dialogue between you. Regardless of the numbers we all fall into chasing, you're both adding real value and growth to many lives, brightening more of the world than you could fathom with joy, intrigue, and internal curiosity. Bring on the next chapter, this is still just the start

Congratulations to Lawrence! And major respect to Brian for his very open, and honest update on his depression. Incredibly relatable. A year ago I had a complete mental breakdown. And whilst I’m much better 12 months on, it’s still incredibly difficult. One day at a time, and I think it’s something you’ll work on for the rest of your life. Its important not to be too hard on yourself, and realise how strong you are for still being here. I lost my best friend to suicide 3 years ago, and it’s still painful. It’s great to see a guy being so honest. Takes some balls xx
