To be honest, I don’t have any work experience, this is my first time for a job interview and I’m not that good in english because I’m afraid to make mistakes. My greatest weakness in a call center agent interviews is the out of the box question, because it is just like the questions on a pageant, for example if your given a chance to have power what power would you like to have and why? Or if your going to sell a pencil for the amount of 10000 how are you going to sell it to the customer without giving them a hesitation to try another brand?
