Very effective, thanks. I struggle with getting my left calf to fire properly, but this absolutely annihilated it haha

Hello, I’m a 19 year old boy who is still 163 cm. I have an average height gene which I could not achieve due to my obesity and not much physical activity during my mid teens. I have heard that epiphyseal cartilage won’t fuse completely until 20-21 years in male. So can you please give me advise on some stretching forms and exercise to increase my height and how much weight plays a role in a person’s height? Thank you.

Male and female both have various times to which they grow. It is possible that your growth plates are already fused but it's impossible to know with out imaging, which wouldnt be suggested. There are exercises to increase height im afraid and from my understanding I dont believe weight alters height. The best thing to do is to start being active. I would suggested speaking with a health care provider and creating an exercise/activity program that is safe and works for you.

When I used to exercise my leg, I just used the concentric way. Using the eccentric even without injury, could be bad? Really thanks for the video, I will include this exercises on my routine.

Using either concentric or eccentric are both helpful with strengthening and endurance. You are good to go with both
