When I saw the name, I expected more of a chaotic, "OH NO IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD" vibe, but this calm yet spooky feel really fits the theme of a "calamity". 100/10 song!

I love how unique this island is. It contains 2 Wublins, 1 Aux Seasonal, 1 Core Seasonal, 2 Custom Monsters, 1 Ethereal, and 1 Celestial. It's super well animated, and it even animated a lot of the monsters that aren't in the DOF style have the DOF style. The VA's (assuming there's multiple) matched the voices perfectly, and if you had never told me this was fanmade then I'd assume it's a leak to a new island.

my lord ffidyl adds so much to this song I’m in love with the mood and tune of his thing- and it includes so many of my favorite monsters! Absolutely outstanding

Not only is this song an absolute bop, but the animations are so smooth that I can’t not love it

I really like this island, however, the full song sounds a bit empty at times due to the lack of a castle bass. Looking past that small problem, the song is really solid. Especially love the energy punkleton brings with the laughing.

Thwok could've easily fixed the problem since the same instrument is used for the castle bass, the instrument being the double bass in case you don't know,the way the played it is with fingers and thwok's sounds seem to be recorded irl while other wublins + the wubbox are all sampled and arranged in FL studio which probably makes him/it the only monster which sounds like the real thing,if you know what I mean...

As previously stated twice before, I really enjoy the tonal shift at 1:28 however I never went into depth as to why I quite enjoyed it, truthfully I love the entire song for it's disturbing atmosphere, the name "calamity island" really gives a feel for what you're getting yourself in for, a spooky sounding song that fully utilizes the monsters it holds, however at 1:28 (the tonal shift) hits you with that msm style vibe that really itches a scratch I never knew I had (lol)

This just makes me even more excited for the next project

This is the best sounding fan made island I've ever listened to. Some of us know the feeling, when you're listening to something for the first time, and you get shivers from enjoying it (usually works once or twice for me), and I've already got it twice. Also, my favorite part is when Banno plays. Good job!

The island context (in my opinion) : everything is collapsed and some monsters from other island join and create a new one... But into the buildings 2 new monsters appears and join to the group... And the born off the cataclysm island. Like the fire oasis trailer but whit this monsters and the island

The arackulele represents the folk who travel through the barren lands, sharing their songs and stories of lament and suffering. Blasoom represents not people, but a concept; through the shadows and crevices of the wasteland, regrowth and vegetation lies in wait for the dust to settle and the sun to rise again, so that it may grow and thrive once more. The Tiawa represents the shattered innocence and hope (or whatever’s left of it) from all who faced calamity; the lives of children whose lives were forever changed for the worst.
