Ranking all of the islands: 11: demented_dream_error. WTF GET TF OUT OF HERE NOW! 10: Gamma Water. I understand that it's unfinished, but it sounds just not great so far. 9: Tutor island. Same as above, but slightly better. 8: M'Duzza crypt. Sounds good but kinda lifeless and repetitive. 7: Noramba Desert. Kind of empty but still good. 6: Terra of Organs. Somewhat uncanny but still relaxing. 5: Floating City. It's pompous and majestic, but becomes boring after you listen to it more than two times. Also WHAT YOU DID TO GALVANA? 4: Knottshurr island. Great sounds, eerie atmosphere, will work wonders as a soundtrack of some fantasy game. If someone from Zebra team by any chance reads this: if you added Uksus' island to the game, why don't you add NovaMsm's Enchanted Island? It will fit perfectly! 3: Candy island. It's so great, and it only gets better! Though werdos are kinda disturbing - "male" one is slightly creepy, and "female" one is overreacting. Though maybe that's how it supposed to be. 2: Evergreen March. Ah, old but gold classic. As a Slav myself, I appreciate that vibe of Slavic fairy tale that this island emanates. The sound design, the melody, the atmosphere... 1: Calamity island. The best island RZ have ever made (Archaic Dunes close second, but they aren't here). No more comments needed, just listen yourself.

Idk why but this game kinda gives me an uncanny feeling… The magic monsters DOF artstyles look a bit off putting and some of the songs feel really weird. But mostly it’s the island designs, there so bland that it’s kind of eerie. Out of all the islands I think the one that perfectly resembles what makes this game off putting for me is noromba desert. I don’t know why. And the, demented dream. When I saw this island I thought this game was secretly a horror game. I don’t know but everything so unsettling…

I just realized, if you look in the background on the left on knottshurr island , on the right, at the top between ( I forgot their names ) the one that’s purple with 4 faces and the black one with the big face with 3 arms , if you pause at 13 : 1 ( I mean 11 : 52 or both ) directly, you can see a bottle in the tree or something behind them
