🧡 Sift 180 g of flour.
💛40 g powdered sugar.
💚Vanillin.
💜70g butter.
🧡 grind to crumbs.
💚50 g sour cream.
💜1 egg yolk.
💙 knead the dough.
🧡 Distribute in a 22 cm form.
💛Make the sides of the cake even.
🧡4 eggs separate the egg white from the yolk.
💚500 gr cream cheese.
💛150gr sugar.
💙add 4 yolks, 50 g starch, vanillin.
💜1 orange.
💚 Bake 40 minutes at 180 C.
💛5 protein.
🧡a pinch of salt.
💛100 grams of sugar.
💛 Bake another 30 minutes.
💜Remove from the mold and cool completely.

I made one of your cakes. I substituted lemon juice for berry's. My husband and I loved it!!!m Thank you for your recipes they inspire me. I'm retired and hubs says he's never eaten sooo good. I;m in soutern california, in the mountains it's very beautiful here. It's a dream come true for my husband and I. Anyway keep posting your recipes are delightful. I have loved to cook all my life. Looks so good but expensive to make with eggs at $6.99 a dozen and cream cheese 2.50 for 8 ounces.

Basically a rich short pastry base, cheesecake centre with meringue topping...very nice. I would add raspberries for the fruit or passionfruit.

I thought the same. It shouldn’t be so runny, unless oranges made it that way. If I ever will try to make it I’ll skip the oranges.
