Hello Last Minute Kitchen family! Today I'm baking a super moist 🥕🍰 carrot cake, which can always be baked at the last minute. You have to try this cake, it's a family favorite. The recipe is very simple, the cake is moist, fluffy and super delicious! So get to the oven!

Ingredients for the carrot cake:
4 eggs
1.5 glasses of sugar (300 g)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 glass of milk (200 ml)
1 glass of oil (200 ml)
2.5 cups flour (300 g)
4 tsp baking powder (20 g)
2 cups grated carrots
1 jar of chopped walnuts (150 g)
1 tsp cinnamon
Powdered sugar for garnish
My cup size in the video: 200 ml
