Berger and Clark have been on the floor together approximately 15 minutes including the preseason in 3 different games. When this has happened the ball snaps and Clark's looks jump dramatically. Berger knows how to run the floor. This should be your point guard. Without question. Trade Berger Please. I cannot stand to see her destroyed any longer. If you're not going to play her, trade her. Trade Berger Please!

How about Clark, Hull, Berger, Samuelson, Boston as a starting five. Speed up the game, spread the floor, you have three long range shooters, possibly four with Samuelson, and Boston downlow. Boston, Hull, Samuelson and sometimes Clark all crash the board. When the ball was in Caitlin's hand and they were pushing the ball, the offense was clicking. Caitlin sits most of the 2nd quarter and Fever down by double digits again. Not saying the fever would be 3 up 0 down, but at least be competitive. Every fever player said they were excited to play with Caitlin because of her passing and shooting skills but it seems as if each player either is not ready for the pass or they all have hands of stone. It is embarrassing to watch.

Berger can't get any playing time. Fever need to trade her so she can thrive somewhere. Way way to good to ride the pine like she is. This coach is awful and obviously willing to go down with Wheeler, Wallace, Mitchell, and that's just what she's going to do too. Trade Berger so I can watch her on a real team. I am sick of the Fever already. I love Sara Scalia. Do not bring her into this mess. This coach has no clue what to do with that kind of quality.

Nah, that makes too much sense !!! They can't disrupt the other "favored" teams (Las Vegas, New York, Phoenix etc...) They'll use Clark's star power to draw in but no reciprocity after. The WNBA brass will cater to their alphabet cartel/activists at a drop of a dime at the expense of truly passionate players.

They weren't following the plays that the coach called, that's what Rebecca Lobo noticed. She could see it in Caitlin's expressions when she got frustrated.

Caitlin needs a coach and teammates who will allow her to play the PG. That is what she has known since she was a young girl. She sees the entire court, she knows where the players will be before they get there. It's pathetic that she gets called for turnovers when her teammates can't hold onto the damn ball when she telegraphs it to them. Her college teammates had no problem catching it, ANY OF THEM could catch and shoot. The Fever SUCKS. Put Caitlin at PG, Get Aliyah to speed up and the rest of the old lesbians need to share the ball with the rookie. She will take them places they've only dreamed of.

Do you know how many WNBA roster spots are available? This league is difficult to get into. 13/36 women drafted made an opening day roster. Many veterans in the league spent 4-6 years playing overseas before making the WNBA. This is their lifelong dream, and livelihood. You believe they are going to play poorly to sabotage Caitlin? Most of the Fever players are holding on to dear life for a playing career. Let's just say for argument sakes, Caitlin sucks for the next 37 games. She will be on the Fever roster next year or on another teams roster. The same can't be said for any of the players on the Fever. They may lose their career if they don't turn it around, this includes Boston. Maybe a team would give Boston a chance but she is no looking good on film right now. Players don't get cut and move to other teams, look at the rookie talent that did not make the team. They often have to play overseas and few are lucky to get a call back into the league.

I don’t think Caitlin Clark will say something like this about her teammates … better correct your suspicions …

At 17th, Caitlin Clark is the ONLY rookie in the Top 20 in scoring and assists, in the entire league. The next closest is Angel Reese, who is 35th in scoring. Cameron Brink is 60th. Caitlin is tied for 4th league-wide in 3-pointers made. Caitlin leads her team in scoring and assists. League-wide, Caitlin is 9th in assists. She could be No.1 already if her teammates could catch passes and make shots. The haters and racists are REALLY gonna cry when she wins ROTY....despite her coach, teammates and referees all working against her. There will be NO Kendrick Perkins racist tirade costing Caitlin the award.

The WNBA features the best 180 players in the world. Every player on the Fever is better than any player on Iowa's team except Clark and Kate Martin. If they weren't, they wouldn't be in the league. The Hawkeyes would have lost by 50, even with both Clark and Martin playing.

Are you guys forgetting that Iowa (Clark's former team) lost two championship games in a row against college students? So knowing this, why would you think that a bunch of college basketball players could beat some grown WNBA players? At least allow your comments to make sense.

You were comfortable with yourself by setting a scoring record during your college heyday. Now, you’re psyching yourself out by blaming your teammates from the miscues that you’re initiating. Launching a series of those long-range, three point shots are crowd pleasers. Hope you’re not tired of doing that because you’re just getting started with it in the WNBA. There’s no room for shamming. Close out the game with a win. Be the point guard that you are: Score. A good excuse to briefly keep the bench warm.

honestly it looked like the teammates struggled (but there also times CC got checked too when you think about it) .... but when i looked at the box score her teammates played well in terms of efficiency...i mean they literally had a good amount of them shooting 50% (and i know CC passing also helped too)

I saw when Sides said to Caitlin on Saturday, "100% with you. They will get it." Her teammates just cant get into place fast enought too often. Then they forget the play and stand around till she is doubled teamed. Caitlin's turnovers are high but a few have been fumbles that were their turnover. Her shot was off the first 2 games, but that turned around Saturday. I hope they start to jell.

Clark simply IS NOT the best player on the team and she's generations from being the GOAT. Whoever has been feeding her that audacious LIE needs to be in drug rehab. Let's not act like she won anything in her four years at Iowa. Four years, same coach, and she wasn't good enough to win against better players. It's crazy to act like Clark's the only player in the league that's good enough when she's never won anything.

If Sides was indeed telling Clark, ‘We will. We will. Give them time, give them time. Let's go,’ then the conversation sounds like the two were conspiring, possibly behind the other players’ backs. It may further indicate that Sides is aware of the problem and the solution. What if Sides is building a case against the vets by exposing their inferior play to the world so as to justify any big change of personnel?

Clark has played 5 pro games and she will more than likely be a super star, but right now she is just a rookie trying to be a super star, coach, and mentor to her team mates. She is not yet earned that privilege . They don't want to trade Berger because they think it might come back to bite them in the ass. She'll be going in expension draft and we will get to see a really good player grow.

When it comes to accepting responsibility Christie Sides fails miserably. To listen to her after Tuesday night's loss was painful. Clark had a spectacular game, doing all she could when she was on the court to lift the team to a win. But Sides was interested only in leveling criticism all over the place. She might give some thought to the way Kelsey Mitchell, when she's on the court, seems to be way more concerned that her scoring leadership may be in question with Clark on the scene. She must have missed at least half a dozen layups last night trying to go through three defenders underneath the basket rather than look for help from her teammates. Sides has a lot of problems to sort out, but that won't happen unless she changes her ways.

Wheeler definitely gone

Her team mates should step up ASAP. Caitlin can't score all by herself because of the defense from the other team. The coach should try different players if 1-2 players are not performing well.

As someone new to the WNBA to see how CC and Reese do but no stranger to women's college basketball...the difference between the two levels pops off the screen when you watch a lot of the teams. There's not the piles of bad turnovers and the bad shots, the incessant number of missed shots, the lack of defense and a bunch of mediocre players...except when you watch the Fever. Michigan fan/alum here, and it's like watching a team like Michigan was this past season (i.e. mostly a bubble team and an early NCAA Tournament exit) try and compete in the WNBA against the best female ballers in the world, sticking CC on that mediocre Michigan team and expecting her to be the difference. I just sat there on Saturday amazed that Aliyah Boston was not playing better and that Sides wouldn't bench Katie Lou Samuelson, who is probably the last UConn player I'd want on my WNBA team. I mean, KLS was straight garbage. You can fire Sides all you want, and I'm sure that's coming. But the Fever have got more issues than just Sides. They're tantamount to those NFL teams that chronically don't know what they're doing. CC's people need to try to get her somewhere else as soon as they can.

It's only been 3 games in a new league. I'm reading that they should fire the coach & that her team is jealous so they are not passing her the ball. And of course the other team is playing her extra hard. They know she is great. Are they suppose to just let her shoot the ball with no defense? It's going to take time and she will figure it out.

She is used to winning. They are used to losing. Replace that team with the Iowa team. The WNBA is horrible to watch. Female college basketball is far better.

Everyone forgets the fever got the number one pick because they have a bad win/lose ratio. She can play in Europe,Russia or anywhere else .

She's just embarrassed right now but they are only a few games into the season...Caitlin needs patience here and things will be begin to look better within a month or so

Well their center, is 6’6 that has no hops and can make a shot to save her life.

Sides is the issue. I watched this last year and she really has no clue how to coach a up tempo player like Clark.

Is Wallac related to Sides. Play Berger or trade her. To good to sit.

Keep Wheeler off the court. On the bench. Better off get rid of her. Run more. Boston will need to share time until she can run. They must stretch the court both ways. Or they will be 13 and 37 again. Play Caitlin at point guard. Berger Taylor, and Hull all need to be playing more minutes with the starters. 9 deep and it keep people fresh.

There's a reason why that team was able to get the number one pick... it's because they're bad.

Drop the coach. This team knew that they were getting Caitlin Clark when they didn't sign Skylar Diggins in free agency. So, instead of trying to "work" the process, just come to training camp with a system in place, lineups organized, and team chemistry already decided (You've gotten 8 returning members from last year on your roster) before wasting Caitlin's time with this nonsense. She is the most high-profile player in college basketball, as you could have easily gotten film on all her games if you had wished to--even all the way back to team USA when her and Boston played together. But that never happened and here we are: a team without an offensive or defensive system in place that seems to even make the most of your superstar. A team that could have hit the floor running with proper lineups instead of BS favoritism towards Wallace-Wheeler.

There is a reason Clark was the #1 pick in the draft. Indiana had the third-worst record in the league. It will take at least two more drafts for them to be competitive. Clark is good, but the Chicago Bulls had a losing record in Michael Jordan's first three years.

Sides should still be fired, needed defense but never put Celeste Taylor or Lexie Hull in , Kristy Wallace was no help 1 for 5 , Aliyah Boston looked terrible like she has no confidence left in her game she looked gassed an unsure what to do next, Erica Wheeler needs to be traded. Fever players still can't seem to catch a pass from a Caitlin or make simple layups. The fact that this team is so out of shape and bad at fundamentals lets us know they haven't really been coached. Caitlin needs to control/orchestrate the offence in every game . She’s a complete offensive force, scorer and playmaker. Unfortunately this team is going to continue to struggle the fever aren't going anywhere until the starting lineup has some changes including the coaching spot.

Yes, Angel averaging 11.5 pts, 8.5 rebounds and 1.5 assist to Clark’s 17.0, 4.3, 5.7 against the 2 of the 3 best teams in the league. The last game Clark played against Reese she roasted, broiled and bbq’ed reese and LSU. Reese will be a serviceable big in the W. Clark is and will be a generational talent.

About 2% give a damn about Indiana Fever and their coach so yes you drop anyone who is not willing to play CC ball and help her be successful. The team has been a loser for years. Why does any of that even matter? She’s bringing in the crowds and the money. That’s all that matters. All the complaining about wage gaps the players have been engaged in, you’d think they’d embrace all of the attention CC is bringing to the league. But, nope. These five must train and develop into a cohesive core group. The Fever have players that were drafted from the same basket as every other team in the league. They have the skills to get to the playoffs this year.

Wtf, she's upset about the play of her teammates. And who's upset about the way she is playing. Her teammates didn't make turn over the ball 10 times. They didn't make her go o-4 from the 3 point line. They didn't make her score only 9 points for an entire game!!!!! Oh by the way, none of them have been called the greatest female college player ever.

looked like the other girls only pass to 'each other selves.' or, 'ball hogs', and in the end, losing the game because those other girls, played selfish.
