CAITLIN CLARK 2.0?! 5th Grade Girl DOMINATES VS BOYS!

Спорт

5th grader Ace Schroeder is going to be a problem! She's the #1 ranked player in the 2031 class. Ace played against boys in the T3TV March Madness Tournament. When we posted her on Instagram, everyone said she was the next Caitlin Clark. Big shoes to fill but either way she's going to carve out her own path.

The reason they're all cocky is because they're mimicking adults. If adults were good sports, who played with honor and integrity, then kids would too. Today, when someone is a good sport, everyone is impressed, when it should just be the norm, but now it's the exception.

I agree but also as a old head now as the kids would say. I say let them talk she has to have that ok. She doesn’t look like she comes from a tough background which means she’s actually at a disadvantage competition wise. You have to have that fire from some where. Because there are kids out there that will not be beat and it’s because of their upbringing. When Clark from Iowa fires back does her little hand wave thing thats good you have to have that or else you’re gonna be ran over. The game is different now. You have to show that you’re not to be taken lightly. And i mean in play not talkin back to coaches or doing draymond type things lol.

This was standout play of the video for me. Although a turnover was included in this sequence, everything else was elite. @1:27, starts of with a quick Iverson like play, turnover, the positioning on the D caused the opp to give back the ball, the hustle to get the ball (impressive for this age group), and the great footwork to spin out of the Double team, and finally make shot after all that activity. This kid had light feet and quick twitch muscles.

i see a couple girls out there lighting it up, 20 in Black and 14 in Pink both of them showin out. i coached youth basketball (and softball)back in the 80's and had a couple of solid girls playing hoops for me. kids at this age are typically similar in size the boys might be a bit stronger, but its not as big a margin at the 5th grade level. no 3 point line back then and the girls i had were bigs, they held their own, one actually played college ball (something im proud of to this day as i was her first "real" coach) i see a lot of talent in these kids, not just the girls, the big kid in the pink looks like he could be special down the road too, his frame at 10-11 yrs old looks like he could be a big kid by the time he gets to high school 33 in black has an upside as well, not as smooth as some of the other kids but solid tools. just stumbled onto this, algorithm sowed me this, subscribing because this was as much fun as ive had watching in quite some time. lol sad though, I remember when trash talking used to happen a few times a game when I played basketball at this age, these kids do it every time they make a shot. They are just imitating adults and it’s sad because sports used to be about teaching kids humility and to have respect for your opponents and that clearly isn’t true anymore.

All of the taunting and bad attitude STARTS at home, but I also blame the coaches. If I saw my daughter acting like this and being disrespectful, her sports career would come to an abrupt end until her attitude changed. I also coach youth softball and basketball, and if any of my players acted like this, they would be on the bench instantly...no matter how good they are. If parents and coaches would teach respect and sportsmanship then things would change. I cringe when I see highlight videos like this because of all the disrespect and taunting.

It's crazy how America loved Larry Bird's trash talk, Gary Payton's on-court bravado, Karl Malone's in-your-face intimidation. Oh, not to mention how everyone loved seeing Brett Favre and Tom Brady show spontaneous emotion on the field. I think y'all called it competitive spirit. But now, y'all claim to be totally disgusted by these kids showing some emotion and personality. .
