Do people believe that? The guy is super athletic but this is overdoing I can believe that he workouts then swim for couple of hours because it is his profession, maybe he takes some brake then again but back to the gym? Lifting weights ? He should be taking something that help him recover super quick, swimming for hours is a very hard workout,he could have the size of a bodybuilder doing all that, not athletic enough no more and he’s in shape and super athletic ,if a normal person needs to eat 3 times a day,4-5 a powerlifter, natural bodybuilder or soccer player lets say to stay in shape,Cristiano Ronaldo for example eats many times for metabolism what he does is he’s working out post training so workout twice and not everyday you can’t lift hard weights and have a game next day, post game to you need to recover, so the swimmer If he works out in total of 4-5 hours doing 4 workouts that’s only averaging 1 or less hour of workout thats not a lot in a period of 8-9 hours, when he’s eating?1 time a day or 2 ? He comes out the pool and start eating immediately 😂? Only if he takes something I haven’t tried and he doesn’t need recovery or eat that much and gain muscle too …. Don’t believe what you see online young keeps A.Tate.

He is sooo strong in the water. But I think you have to be more lean and slide in the water like a fish to do better as a swimmer. He has to FEEL more the water...

For such an incredible swimmer, his ass has been kicked badly at the Olympics. I miss Phelps

The only event he lost was the 4x100 mixed medley and that was a relay so it’s not entirely his fault. He won all his other events winning 5 gold medals with a new world record in the 100 fly and a new olympic record in the 50 freestyle. If that’s getting your ass kicked then I don’t even mind getting mine kicked 😂

@@shanonfernando1326 That 4x100 mixed medley relay was DEFINITELY not at all Caleb’s fault or responsibility. The coaches did a terrible job picking swimmers based on the logical strategies for a mixed medley. The athletes in it did a great job.

@@redsfavs829 Totally Agreed! I must’ve worded it wrong that’s my bad. IMO Caeleb should’ve been put for the Fly leg instead of the freestyle leg. You’re absolutely right tho. The coaches messed up big time on that relay. Should’ve been a Gold or at least an easy silver for the USA
