FYI viewers: This vehicle shown is NOT a Platinum trim line... This IS the Premium trim (1 level lower) the Platinum trim can be identified by a suede headliner, either black or beige full leather interior, unique double horizontal bar grille and finally unique silver double spoke rims with chrome inserts. This Escalade is a beautiful car but it ISN'T the Platinum. Thanks

that's a premium collection, platinum features extra grill inserts different wheels and only 2 different interior trims , still very nice though 😊👍

Nice video! The Platinum edition is generally ordered with 4WD. It's a $2,600 option. I was surprised to hear that this one is RWD.

How popular are Cadillacs in Europe? One of my cars in the U,S. is the Cadillac ATS and outside of having no rear seat passenger legroom it is a terrific car! I've owned Mercedes, Volvo and VW and also currently own a Lexus ES350. I find the Cadillac fit & finish superior both inside and out. This a statement that couldn't be made for earlier Cadillacs.

+Steve W they're extremely rare here in the UK, the luxury market here is dominated by audi/bmw/mercedes/jaguar and cadillac has never really taken off. I must admit cadillac's newer cars seem much improved over their older output and It'd be interesting to see them try to make a return to europe but I think i'd be tough to break into the market. Case in point would be Infiniti who have recently tried to build their profile here but they're still seen as a niche brand compared to the germans.

Cadillacs are not popular in Europe at all! They don't fit our small roads and car parking! I remember seing a hummer driving here once and it took up one and a half lanes! I'm not exaggerating!

Hello Dear Cadillac car maker ? on my side Cadillac is a good large car suv. but my comment is you still have many things to improve in Cadillac like some features like Traffic assist, driver assist, turn assist, nigh vision Camera , then suspension it really needed in case in worse roads . even you a missing pedestrian assist if I have not mistaken according to days technology . try to look also what Audi 4what they have done to be on the top of their products. I don't have a car but I can watch on KZread and get the difference between them. if you make a car with 8 seats please make sure the is enough space for lagage some time people might be 8 when they have lagags. try to create another one which will come with toilet in case some one wants to go on washroom . you know what am trying to say. that's my opinion.

Not much different from my 2015 Luxury ESV, which indicates that they did a very good job for that year.
