I haven't been given an expiration date, so I think it will be good for a while. You can do most of the designs, like the one in this video for example, with a square stone, you just bend that initial wire frame around the square stone instead of oval, so you'd just bend angles into it to fit your stone, but the rest is all the same, the top portion with the bail and decoration would be the same.

Yes the $20 off shipping coupon will work for international. I myself am in Australia, so I totally understand the pain of having to pay more for international shipping, luckily this coupon is awesome for reducing the shipping costs. Yes I believe the half round comes only in the 1lb spools

It seems to be working for some but not others. This is is what they told me: We discovered an issues with the shipping promos that we are working on a solution for. In the mean time if the customers proceed to check out select a method of shipment and then go back to their cart and apply the promo code and go back to check out the code does work.

Can you use round wires for making this technique?

Yes you can, if using only round I'd use 26 or 28 gauge for the thin wire (instead of the 24 half round)
