Let’s see, climate is a big one. I don’t like constant rain (like Oregon or WA), and I don’t want crazy cold for more than 2-3 months. Some of the beautiful parts like Montana and Wyoming are dreamy but way too cold. Texas didn’t work as it was too desert and bugs were impossible to deal with, and it was hard to grow, that left me with very little options. Second, taxes! No income tax, low property tax, although sales tax is the highest I’ve seen. Nature! Road infrastructure! Armenia is 4 seasons. Just like Tennessee. @ChefMonkey
Жыл бұрын
@@genadimaxi5287 That's a good question. I think they body is releasing inflammation which is allowing you to notice what is actually going on in your body. I think that is the best time to take notes as to what is hurting, be it muscular, spinal, joints, etc.. Usually due to inflammation I think we don't notice these things and allow them to develop into something worse over time. Fasting has helped me to identify the problem areas of my body so that I can address them. That would be my opinion.

@@ChefMonkey you have mentioned in your fasting video, that during fast your body creates stem cells. also your body heals. is there any relation between inflammation and healing and stem cells? do new stem cells go to places where inflammation appears and heal those parts? or these are totally separated things and stem cells do something else?
