2 tbsp Olive oil or Vegetable oil
1 Medium Onion
1 Carrot
1/2 lb / 225g white cabbage
3 Large Eggs
Mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley or Coriander (optional)
Season with Salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and Sweet paprika (all to your taste)
