Everyone starts on C4 when it comes to preworkout as the generic then bumps up to some of the other more powerful ones. C4 is like a staple.

I mean it depends on what you’re looking for, if it’s just for energy mostly any preworkout will do it’s basically just caffeine with beta alanine for pump. I use nitraflex but a good cheapy would be Mr Hyde you can get it at Walmart for under 20

Thanks! Anytime I do a company for the first time, I go over the company, the ingredients and the taste test. As I do new drinks by the company, I focus mostly on the taste test. But yes, I agree, a lot of people don't say what it actually tastes like and it can be annoying. I actually made fun of a bunch of GFuel people in my GFuel review because of it. Raze Watermelon Frost is the best tasting watermelon energy drink I have tried. Although I think it really tastes more like strawberry and Raze Galaxy Blast actually tastes like a Watermelon Jolly Rancher.

I had actually seen it at my local 7-11 gas station ...gave it a try & got hooked .... they got em for 2.99 .... I used to use C4 as a preworkout powder back in they day as well .

The lime flavor is everything I've always wanted mountain dew to be. It is the logical conclusion to the green Popsicles I've had since I was a kid and I am in love. Our store only had 1 of these left and now I see why.

It's probably the strongest lime flavored drinks Ive had. Like I said, Lime isnt something I would normally pick up, but id probably try that one again just to get a different flavor on my taste buds. Its good stuff.

C4 preworkout has been one of the most popular preworkout supplements by far in the fitness industry, the canned version was bound to be popular from day 1

Yep, the canned version definitely opens the door to get more exposure and for more people to try it. me, personally, I would never buy a preworkout powder because I dont workout. But, if theres a preworkout/energy drink, you've peaked my curiosity.

Tried it and it wasn’t bad! For me personally I wouldn’t drink these on a regular basis over Bang or Reign, the extra 100mg does it for me. There’s something about those that give me a more natural type of energy vs other 300mg drinks like rockstar that feel jittery. Also I wouldn’t replace C4 with my current preworkout powder either. My caffeine intake is close to 500mg before the gym so just doesn’t cut it. Needless to say I have a high tolerance over the years.

I was surprised to find some of these at a Valero gas station, tried the Strawberry Watermelon Ice (enjoyed very much) the next day and wow! Kept me going through a 7 mile run and lifting weights after, definitely gotta try more flavors!

They've been getting into a lot more stores and I couldnt be happier for them! Great Flavors! Great lines! Actual ingredients with the appropriate amounts to make a difference. If you see there Sour Batch Bros, I recommend it! Just reviewed it too.

I started drinking these last week and I did notice an increase in blood flow down there , which is why I searched C4 videos , and here I am . Good stuff 👍🏼

Its not for everyone. There are plenty of people that stick to their Bang or Reign, and don't stray. Go with what works for you.

Ive been drinking energy drinks for a LONG time, and I keep seeing all these new ones popping up on the market. FIrst thing I think of is "I wonder if Caffeine Man has tried this...lol

Tried a bit of the C4 Frozen Bomiscle on a glass that my step son shared with me. It isn't bad but doesn't give you that energy boost like other energy drinks. Has a taste like light white freezie pop but it isn't Something you wouldn't have again. Overall I give it a 6.5 out of 10.

I have found the 12oz Strawberry watermelon and frozen bombsicle at walmart. I love these and the price is also fair!

If you can find them at Walmart, you are definitely in luck because you'll get them at a good price. They used to only be at supplement shops. But theyve done an AMAZING job expanding out because Ive seen them in 7 Elevens now too. Glad you like them and thanks for checking out my video!

Yeah, and to be honest, thats fairly quick when it comes to a new energy drink or even a preworkout energy drink. The only stores selling preworkout were supplement shops, so these preworkouts starting to getting into regular stores is a huge feat! There arent many preworkouts in stores either. Bang, Reign and Adrenaline Shoc are the only ones I recall seeing...and now C4. More to come!

never am i ever drinking this again lol. my bf introduced this stuff to me when we first started working out, and the first drank made me so tingly. i was afraid. the second time i drank this, it literally made me feel so much worse. no, it felt like my whole body was shutting off. my face and hands were tingly, chest tightened, felt nausea when i ate, lightheadedness, body temp dropped and i felt really dizzy. i was preparing a trip to er but thankfully all that stuff went away in the morning. so i now basically banned not only this but ALL caffeine drinks from my body

What made your body do all that stuff wasnt the caffine, it sounds like your allergic to the ingridient that makes your body itch and tingle, I csnt remember what its called but its in there because its supposed to make it hard for you to sit still so you get more done during your workouts. You should be safe with other caffine beverages, but of course if you can do fine without them then thats kool too. Just commenting to address any concerns. You should be fine. Be safe

Yeah, the C4 is pretty amazing, not only for preworkout but its other ingredients as well. It give you the most benefit for your money and these drinks are starting to show up in convenience stores as well, so theyre easier to get a hold of.

I've been drinking two of these every morning before work, for a few months now. I work in lawncare so it is usually go go go. I feel fine and never really get tired at work. Staying away from junk and sugars, I am actually seeing increased muscle definition. Would love some input.

Yeah, no, these will definitely help you there. I mean, they are pre-workout and one of their top ingredients is Beta Alanine. Beta-alanine reduces fatigue, increases endurance and helps when exercising, so its perfect for what you do. I know when I help someone move, or cut the grass or anything endurance based and strenuous, I am always sore afterwards. But, now, if I were to do any of those things, I would have one of these to reduce those effects. If anything, I would probably suggest having one in the morning and one in the afternoon to space out the caffeine and help it last longer in your system....and dont have more than 2 because 400mgs is the max recommended amount of the day (although ok to go over OCCASSIONALLY). Sugar is one of the worst ingredients in energy drinks, so if you stay away from that, you're good.

That being said, I still have a decent amount of people that watch all the way. But I do like to mix it up and try slightly shorter ones. This oe had 9 cans, so no way it was going to be short. 😂

Personally I like this drink. It really gives you the boost you need. Once you feel the tingling feeling you may start pumping or pounding.

@@CaffeineMan1 the stores here only have three flavors. Strawberry watermelon ice, frozen bombsickle, and orange slice. My favorites are 1: strawberry watermelon ice, 2: frozen bombsickle, 3: orange slice. Orange slice is kind of bland compared to the other ones and I can definitely taste the sucralose.

I work as a driver, Red bull and Monster wasn't doing it anymore. C4 wakes me right up.

@@CaffeineMan1 I tried the lemonade one. I loved it. I stopped feeling tired like 5 minutes after I drank some. I work about 14 hours 6 days a week and it gave me that push to finish my day.

With so many flavors and just starting to get into stores, its hard to get them all on shelves. You best chance might be online or try calling your local Vitamin Shoppe or GNS and see if they have it.

I've tried these before and while I felt they were ok, they were just okay. Didn't differentiate or do anything to stand apart or above Bang or Reign to me. Maybe it was the flavors I tried, Blue Bombsicle didn't really have a flavor to me, just tasted like Ice... with maybe a Hint of really watered down Berry flavor. Also I think there are some redundant flavors. Like do they really need to have Midnight Cherry, Twisted Limeade, and a Cherry Limeade? Also they could probably drop Orange Slice for a better flavor, as you mentioned it was a pretty weak flavor and you already get a bit of the Orange taste in Tropical Blast. Appreciate the review I think I'll stick to Bang, and Reign. I drink these style of Drinks mainly for Caffeine + Flavor and Bang/Reign 300 to 200 mg Caffeine, with better flavors, flavor profiles. Just my opinion anyway.

If you like the strong flavors of Reign and Bang, which most people do, it is hard to get away from them. Its all a matter of which strong flavors you like, how much caffeine you want, and what you're using the drink to do. If you like lime, they have strong Lime flavors and a variety of lime. Some flavors are strong, some flavors are light, and I think that is to appeal to different people. Some think Reign and Bang can be too strong at times and not want 300mgs of caffeine. This is a good option. Plus, people that work out like all the extra stuff as well. When it all comes down to it, we all have our own opinions and drinks that we like. Im not looking to convert anyone to C4; just giving reviews and options. Thanks for your opinion! Im sure a lot of people feel the same way. Plenty of die hard Bang and Reign fans out there, and with good reason. Thanks for watching ad sharing your opinion! 👍

You know, to tell you the truth, I never really thought about it. Its a good idea actually. Problem is, I am always so far behind on all my reviews that I hardly ever have time for extra "side" videos. I literally have 4 separate lists of videos ideas. My request list, which is long. My personal list of caffeinated products. My list of informative caffeine videos. My list of similar things that Id like to do but am too busy doing reviews. LOL! So, if I ever start catching up, I'll get to this idea.

You should review c4 ultimate. It has some very unique and interesting ingredients. Also, you didn't mention that with a high enough dose of beta calamine, your skin will tingle.

I got the feeling too. I was looking through this comment section specifically looking for this comment. I tried a C4 while driving and started freaking out because I got a burning/tingling/spicy sensation throughout my body.

For pre workout, is it best to cosume the entire can at once, or say...drink half up front then the rest during workout?

You usually want to try and drink all of it and you usually want to drink it 30-45 minutes before working out because it will take that long before the ingredients start getting processed are will be usable.

Drink these before I go workout legs. They work well. Best energy drink out there and no sugar

I was taken away with the cotton candy. Im not even a huge fan of cotton candy and they changed my mind FAST! Delicious. What are the other 2 flavors?

I can’t stand bang purple haze it taste like crushed up grape allergy tablets dissolved in club soda I really want c4 but I can’t find it anywhere

C4 has really been expanding. The larger 7-11s have it and I’ve seen it in a few convenience stores. Hopefully it’s near you soon!

My Walmart carrys the 4 pack of the little cans but i started ordering them on Amazon and they got a thing you can subscribe for to send a 24 pack one a month and you save 5 to 15% but i usually find them at the travel stopps like loves and flying j

@@ayy980 yeah i like pre workout but i don't for real work out i work underground and its way more convenient to pop a top then try to put them huge scoops in a little ass bottle and all your shit doesn't even mix right and sticks to the bottom someone showed me them c4 can and got the same tingly just not as intense but also don't crash as hard and taste way better

C4 really surprises some people because people don't expect the drinks to be as good as they are and then wonder why they havent heard more about them. Luckily enough they are getting into more stores and people are able to more easily try them to realize how good they are. Definitely a super solid cherry lime.

Thanks caffeineman! I've been hooked on these since I watched it frozen bombsicle is my favorite and the grape is second favorite. Frozen bombsicle tastes just like a melted bomb pop. I wonder how they did it lol.

You're welcome! Yeah, the frozen bombsicle has been following in the footsteps of others like the Bang Starblast and 3D Red white and blue, and a few other brands. Its a great flavor.

Definitely want to try the strawberry and watermelon one, both of my favorite flavors.

Nah, its kind of a catch 22. One will lead to the other. If anything, small doses. 40mg caffeine gum, Green tea, white tea, low caffeine soda. Definitely not energy drinks though. Although there are "alternative" energy drinks. Bang is coming out with one called "stoked" you might want to look into.

True, L-Theanine is good for focus and to help balance the effects of caffeine, but when it comes to anxiety, caffeine (in most cases) triggers it and once it’s triggered, there’s no calming it.

It's called explosive energy blend because C4 is an actual explosive.

From what I heard, it also makes parts of your body explossive as well. It didnt happen to me!!!! Im just sayin'. I heard. 😂
