Try syncing your phone, sim, and email contacts all together. That was my issue

Enable Bluetooth call notification if the smartwatch has a support for it

Watch will not turn on, app on the phone states it's at 85% and will notify when 'find' option is selected. Why wont the screen reflect time or apps, the screen is dark like it's off. Please help
