Thank you for your detailed explanation regarding the connection between the smart phone and the smart watche. I have followed your step by step procedure but still have a problem with connecting the phone to the second Bluetooth which is wh8. Even though it is paired with the smartphone, but it could not be connected. I have two paired Bluetooth but only one connection to the hry3 audio. Your feedback on this matter is appreciated.

It depends. If it has REAL sensors, the sleep monitor should work after you reset the watch.

The app is saying unbind device at the bottom. Do I do that? I cut on watch today n it said it wasn't connected on home page of app but it says connected when I go into device settings. I have the green watch on that page but can't get into anything custom says not connected. I restarted my phone as well n did not change.

The watch needs to sync with your phone and get the right time to auto-correct itself. Sometimes, you need to check the settings menu and see if the time settings option is available on your smartwatch. That's how it works. Thank you.

This helped me in setting my background. Just curious if you have an instruction to adjust the wristband. I have the metal band that snap locks and need it a little tighter, bit don't want to tinker and destroy it having to go back to the plastic one. Not sure what I would call it to search for a video demonstration.

Yes, step counting is automatic. I will recommend you switch to a known brand with real sensors. Sometimes, these generic watch sensors would not work properly.

Everything worked except for the phone book. I choose contacts but they don't go to the watch. My option doesn't say "ok", it says "confirm", but it isn't added. Otherwise, your presentation is very good. I finally got the phone and watch to sync.

Please, note that not every watch will allow the frequently-call contacts to show up on the watch. You can try some other time. So sorry about that.

Thank you. Today, the HRYFine app on my phone suddenly demanded that sign into it again. Everyway in which I try, it rejects my desired email that used in the beginning. I even tried reregistering with no success. I have written to the email for the app that is listed on Google Play Store, but I don't expect a response. I cannot even turn on my watch. I know you want to know the version of the watch. I got it from Temu and no version info was included. None on the instructions. I can tell you that I only have one button on the right side of the watch and I have charged it for 24-hours. Appreciate your time.

I bought from Temu also. One button only. Cannot turn on or off. When I'm in the APP the watch will not turn on. Battery life is minimal.
