The WhatsApp/ messages notifications are not popping up. Yes they’re both connected and I’ve toggle the WhatsApp and messages on and it said “set successfully”. I’ve grant permission from my phone also and still no messages.

Reset your watch and start your phone. Then, connect again. Check if the notifications settings on the assigned app for the watch are all turned ON.

It depends on the manufacturer of your watch. The custom button could be for a shortcut to exercise mode or setting. You can customize it if your smartwatch allows it.

The texts are still not working, also you have to re- set the whole watch if you disconnect it, it will also disconnect itself randomly, and the battery life seems very poor. The watch is very hit and miss if it works properly smart watch, some things do work on it, so surely the issues should be easily resolved, like what's app messages work, and phone but normal texts don't. Do you have any advice to get it working properly? I have been offered a refund because of the issues, from the online site. Many thanks.

Sensors on generic smartwatches are mostly fake. Try testing it with clinical equipment or hospital equipment to confirm if it has a true sensor or a fake.
