I work in the oilfield and I’ve been using this watch now for the past 10 days without a charge and i work 12hrs shift daily and now still have 23% battery life. So far so amazed with the performance of this watch. My only complaint is the charging cable looks cheap and can be easily miss placed. Pro tip, from the watch sitting (swipe down and click on the settings then disable the bluetooth audio, everytime you play anything on the phone or change the song it playes on the watch which was annoying until I disabled the Bluetooth audio.

You can also go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and set what it will and will not play over the watch.

I would love to see an update after you actually try using it for a couple days. This is my second watch in two weeks because the first seemed to have software problems but nope the second same thing. Bluetooth won't stay connected. Does not load all my contacts. I only have 18 and it will only load 9. I answer maybe two calls works create then suddenly not connected. Had to reinstall software twice in one day . This is a very buggy build is all I can think

You don't, as it's very hard to replace battery's in smart watches

I received this watch yesterday and am setting it up. One thing I can't work out is how to add a contact. I am using the app to connect to the contact list on my phone, but it's only showing up some of my contacts as ones I can select. I want to be able to add the ones I won't not just those on a partial list. Anyone know how?

I can't see any contacts, got this watch cuz it was Simi cheap and my old itech fusion broke, and after about 2-3 days I realized it's just a more expensive itech dupe that has less functions....works and I still have it but wish I just fixed my old one

But not always on display 😢😢😢

Nice watch, BUT doesn't have the ability to wake you up. The vibration is extremely weak even if the intensity is on strong. Do you know if you can use the speaker for the alarm clock?

Yes you can use the speakers for alarm and it's really loud when you put it on vibrate if you have it on the table it vibrates you can hear it

same question I have asked as I also have not been able to get the darn thing to connect. Kind of thought that the word "watch" might be significant but having viewed a number of videos that folks have created, I have yet to see one that shows how to set the time and adjust it when necessary along with the date. If you have figured it out, I would love to learn. TIA

yes. i bought two of these. one for use, one for testing. I hit it with a hammer on the sides and it will not crack. i ran over it with my car. nothing happened to it. i let it sit in a sink for 20 minutes, it still worked. i threw it against a concrete wall. nothing happened. this thing is durable AF

Can you respond to a message with a pre determined reply like other watches? Ie i see i have a message and can click on one of the pre designated replies like "ok" or "i'll call you later" etc

I'm not talking about a problem with the device. On a Garmin for example if someone sends me a text, I can click a quick pre-populated reply on the watch and it will send a text back to them. I'm assuming this is not possible on this watch.

Btw before anyone buys this you cant talk or make calls on this. It just lets you know that your phone is ringing. Update: The c20 does allow calls. Make sure it does otherwise it's not the c20. I originally bought a watch that claimed and was described as the c20 from Amazon it also looked identical but did not have this feature. It has since been pulled off/no longer available. I then bought again from a different distributor and it does have that capability.
