Good description of the watch especially about the keepers. Many tubers don't even acknowledge the importance of keepers. For me the band and keepers are sometimes the deciding factor when it comes to buying a watch. I like keepers that will not slide down on the band. Is this band plastic or rubber silicone???

Thanks for the nice feedback ... and thanks for the name ... keepers ... didn't know it. Yeah also important for me, but you can replace the watch band with a standard watch band, but can't remember the width. I don't have the watch any more and hence can't if it's plastic or rubber silicone. If I had to guess then normal plastic ... but not 100% sure ....

I got thos watch and im pretty impressed with the look. However the faces could do with some upgrades and more customization to the faces should be allowed. Also, a flashlight should be included.

OK - thanks for the feedback. Yeah, it's not perfect, but haven't found any better below $100 so far. If you need more customization, then usually only works with Apple Watch or Android Wear watches.

The watch I purchased was named HoFit C20 Pro and seems to be the same watch. First issue is that the user manual which is basically useless as the font is so small that it is unreadable. I did scans in pairs so have 4 pages which I numbered 1-8 and then put the info along with other info and some personal comments into a Wordpad document so I can readily increase the size of the image and font. Thankfully you mention to remove the faux face from the watch. Would have been nice for that info to be in the user manual. Also would have been nice to have a .pdf user manual provided by HoFit. Next issue is that when going to Sport and selecting the icon for walking (no idea what the icon was for when choosing it as I was trying to find a spot to actually set the time and date, I can't get out of that feature of Walking and the watch itself will not even doing a Long Press, the watch will not turn off. Thus so far I can't find a method of actually setting the time and I suspect that I will have to let the battery die in order to get out of the situation of not being able to exit the Walking feature in Sport. Any info on these things would be great. TIA

Yeah exiting the sport tracking is always a bit flimsy with almost all the watches. Sometimes you need to slide left, right, up or down from there to get to the end screen and then either hit the square icon (sometimes long-press) or long press a hardware button. Can't remember how it's here sorry ... don't have the watch any more ..

I love this watch. I want to get one. But, does anyone know if there are apps for it that you can download on the watch?

Yeah - great watch, but no apps to download. You can only download apps for very few watches. Mostly Apple watches and Android Wear watches

Hi. I didn't apply a lock ... I think it doesn't have this function .. but I just deactivated the "wrist gesture" screen activation. Some smart watches apply an automatic lock when using the "swimming" function, but unfortunately not this one.

Can you talk through the phone on the speaker ? Another words if some one calls me I can talk to them by talking to the watch instead of using ear buds or the phone. I have the older c20 watch I can just answer or decline the caller. It has no speaker.

Yes, this one has a speaker and a mic and you can even use it for voice control for smart devices or other stuff with google assistant. Maybe also Siri but haven't tested. One of the best smart watches below $100 for sure ...

Nice watch, BUT doesn't have the ability to wake you up. The vibration is extremely weak even if the intensity is on strong. Do you know if you can use the speaker for the alarm clock?

Yeah it can be super tricky. Make sure you double-check all the suggestions and recommendations in the app to give all authorizations

Hi, does anyone know how to hard reset this watch without phone and app? The watch does not respond to buttons and the display is black. Green LEDs light up from below. Thanks for advice

Usually it's only from the app and from the system menu from the watch. Maybe long press both buttons long time ...

Officially says "The rugged men's exercise smartwatch has got through IP69K rating test, with static waterproof to 100m, you can wear it for all day-to-day water sports and activities, such as swimming, diving, surfing", so you're good for swimming, but I would be a bit careful with salt water (and at least rinse after use with clean cold water) and avoid any really hot water (spa) and also avoid soap (e.g. in a shower or bath). Hope that helps a bit ;-)

Sry - can't remember how it is with this watch. With most such watches you can't really reply to text messages (only with Apple watch and Android Wear watches ...), but some still have a function in the app where you can arrange some predefined answers.

I have this watch. You can't technically text from it but there is a slight work around. If you swipe right and hit tap to talk, you can ask your voice assistant to send a text and you can do so with your voice. The only caveat is that you have to have your device unlocked to do so.

I tought is water resistant, but after 5-6 hour in the pool it dies,... :/

The battery life in this watch is terrible and it is not that water resistant. You get less than a day of battery
