My friend was feeling sick with worry about me due to my appearance of feeling down the previous days. I can make sure that it was a nasty shock for him because he has never seen me like that. So he came to me with a heavy heart and asked me to give a vent to my annoyances and not to keep my feelings bottled up. He is my best friend, I have never hold a grudge against him, so I didn’t want to dash his hopes for giving me a hand. Furthermore, I don’t want to have weight on my mind if it happened and made him feeling down. consequently, I am feeling great now.

Expressing feelings in a foreign language is so difficult, also because of its cultural implications. Why don't you talk about collocations for love and its several nuances?
