മോര് കറി എല്ലാ പേർക്കും ഉണ്ടാക്കാനറിയാം, എന്നാൽ മേര് കറിക്ക് ഉലുവ ചേർക്കും, പച്ചമോര് അൽപം ചൂടാക്കും, ചിലയിടങ്ങളിൽ രണ്ട് അല്ലി വെള്ളുള്ളി വട്ടത്തിലരിഞ്ഞ് കടുക് വറുക്കുമ്പോൾ ചേർക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. ഒരു നുള്ള് ഇഞ്ചി കൂടി വറുക്കുമ്പോൾ ചേർത്തു നോക്കൂ -ശുഭം.
