Humour is a very serious matter, and this game's cutscenes are the greatest example. The plot and dialogues are silly, but you can see that the actors gave their very best and had a lot of fun.

It meant so much to me during the Emperor assassination mission in the Soviets campaign to rescue the captured bear and conscript. Goes to show the units had alot of personality, which ultimately helped sympathize with your own men as a general and... get immersed, I guess.

​@@xemnaseast2762 Their say didn't really matter though. Oleg bluntly says he "figured as much", so it's clear that forced or not, the majority of the Soviet army assumed that Krukov would be the type of person to attempt an assassination on the premier.

This is something missing in current games. This cutscenes made you part of the game, get involved and have a goal to pursue.

This game series is so freaking stupid and I love every moment of it. I sure hope EA stops sucking and makes a Red Alert 4 one of these days.

Not JUST that. According to all these ''time travel'' rules and knocbacks. To alter the timeline, you dont JUST need to do anything at all. Being you there is enough for timeline to change. But even after that, when they killed einstein before he got all famous and found e=mc'2, The timeline needed a NEW intelligent person that could do it. Which, As a result, he borned in japan as emperors son. They didnt jus had TIME, They also had an replacment for einstein. So they could invent technology and prepare for war.

Einstein have nothing to do with A-bombs. When I replayed this mission I built 4 or 5 Tesla coils surrounding the bunker and force fired them on the bunker after the cutscene. However, a large army of flak troopers with magnetic mines would also work. It takes just a moment to destroy the bunker then you instantly get his whole army.

I disliked the "all star" cast. I prefer unknown or minor league actors playing these parts because it's more believeable and they don't get pigeonholed into why they did before. I took none of the big league actors seriously in this game. It was hard to play without Tim Curry being nuts instead of being a badass leader.

Well, soviet campaign is non canon, so its hard to say who killed Yoshiro in canon timeline. Either way, yes Tatsu is the villain/protagonist of the expansion, but fights Allies in allied campaign and defend Japan from soviets in Imperial campaign. In soviet campaign he is not present at all, so no revenge.
