I love how hyejin is down to earth and close to her family members and I love it the way she behaves around them this explains that how different she is from her onscreen character she is just a cute lil baby

I'm not so sure about Korean culture but they seems to be mostly very quiet about their families and personal relationships. I think it's so nice to see people with happy healthy relationships that they are proud of.

Her grandma already died years ago, and none of her family including her could even be there for her because of covid. + she had to immediately work & perform after because mamamoo had a comeback at the same time, and she was also in a group performing as part of the refund sisters at the time, while working on this show, no energy cause she had to be on a diet, among other things. You don’t know how much she cried over her grandma, and how hard she still worked for her job despite everything. And second of all she’s just being friendly with her dad, at least she’s present, there with him & you can obviously tell they have a close relationship and r just being playful. You’re probably the type of person to tell their kids look at how much I give you, don’t be ungrateful as if they owe you something for being their parent. Hwasa is super filial, her first paycheck she immediately used it to pay off her parents debt & she bought her father a new car. Don’t call her a brat when family is one of the things she values the most in the world.
