Best tickets I've ever had to a basketball game, and we got Jimmered.
Arizona fans showed a lot of class when they gave Jimmer a standing ovation after he got taken out. Well Played.
I agree, jahe. There is a lot of talk among us BYU fans on how classy Arizona's coach, team and fans all were last night. You guys will be back. Last night was just one of those games. . . .
The impressive thing are that those shots are pure - perfect swishes. This type of skillset is usually not seen in a college player.
next star in NBA.good, good luck Fredette.from romania.
man jimmers awesome i played basketball across the bridge from him in south glens falls, ny. hes an awesome kid. he comes home and i play with him and his brother sometimes
sickk. love jimmer. thanks a lot for posting this video.
Very classy of the AZ audience to applaud Jimmer when he came out.
jimmer freddette is one of the greatest players to watch live in all of basketball, i watched him play one year live along with florida kansas, kansas state and him and denny clemente are just outstanding
jimmers my boy, i played against him in high school from across the bridge. man its so awesome when someone from your hometown basically makes it big
Jimmer is FOR REAL. OMG!!! Someone needs to start talking about this kid.
The new future of the NBA
great video...amazing play by fredette!
Jimmer is the REAL deal and will be an unstoppable force in the NBA. Dude is a Beast. Not only a Great shooter but a Relentless SCORER. He has the complete package physically. Blows by the pros the same way he blew by ALL of his college opponents. NO ONE CAN GUARD HIM. He is simply too quick and explosive. He also has a Jordan-like toughness to him. He is a killer. ROY and first team all NBA. Deal with it.
I've never had another goosebump right after Michael Jordan retired from the game. But after watching this?!?! Damn I'm getting goose bumps AGAIN!!! I'm gonna be watching this guy!
I hope he does really well in the NBA. He deserves it.
jimmer & tyreke will form a nasty backcourt the kings will have crazy offense this year
You know... My Dad is a HUGE cougar fan. I usually don't like basketball... but Jimmer is freakin' awesome
jimmer is out of this world
he's just great
JJ is sill a clutch/streaky shooter, perfect bench player for the magic
But only time will tell.... we dont know if he will crack under the pressure of NBA talent. He may feel out-matched and may loose his killer instinct to be THAT scorer. Only time will tell. But i will never forget how fun it was to watch him at BYU. Goooooooddaaaaaaaaaamn.
Jimmer..is..my....HERO
this guy is the next steve nash wow i watched the game against florida and he scores like nash with handles like a true point guard. he will play at the next level for sure
This was such a great performance by Fredette. BYU has become such a great program under Dave Rose and they do not get the recognition and credit that they deserve because they don't play on ESPN. I just hope they don't draw Texas A&M in the NCAA Tournament this year, that is just a bad matchup for them. Cougars are a fun team to watch, best of luck to them.
New record 52 points!! hooray Jimmer
Jimmer Fredette reminds me of Dan Dickau, Jimmers shooting motion and his knack for hitting seemingly impossible shots is eerily similar to Dickau's.
the greatest thing about him is that he'll enter the draft with 4 years of college experience. That's the difference maker right there
I was at this game, and I was cracking up on how he was killin us...I had tickets from the Players and I was shooting looks at all of them like someone better stop this dude..foul him hard or something!! lol..by the 2nd half I was cheering for him
KINGS!!!!!! welcome to sactown jimmer!!
He got it again! He got it again! He got it again!!!!
A1 video quality
Lots of Pheonix Suns fanzzz looking for Jimmer to join them. He could learn a lot with Nash's tutelage. He's gonna be a good one.
Jimmer Fredette, #12 to the Utah Jazz. It was meant to be!
"Jammer" Fredette. Heck of a player and shooter.
jimmer fredette is so sick i cant believe him holy crap
That Jimmer Range!
Alex English was drafted in the second round. Tony Parker was drafted number 28 in the first round. Nash and Stockton were both drafted 16th I believe. It's rare that you have someone with potential but doubts that late in the first round. That's what makes it a good gamble. Just like how Darko Milicic was the antithesis of a good gamble.
He got it again
Straight beast
HE GOT IT AGAIN!!!!
unreal!!!
jimmer: amazin
Arizona is 16-4, #2 in the Pac-10, on the edge of the top-25. San Diego State is 20-1, #4 in the nation. Jimmer scored 92 points combined against the two of them and BYU won the games by a combined 35 points. What evidence is there that he can't handle quality competition? Everyone can have a bad game here and there, but he's had his best games against the best teams he's faced.
there is a high school range, then college range, then NBA range, then half court range, then a jimmer range :) GO BYU!!!!!!!!!!!!
HE GOT IT!!!
I'm a Utah fan. I hate BYU more than any other school. But god damn Fredette. What a player.
he got it!!!
I don't know why people compare him to JJ Redick. This is coming from someone who absolutely loved Redick and only missed a handful of his games. What makes Fredette different is he has a greater ability to create his own shot. JJ needed someone to help him get a shot. That's why they always lost in the Tourney: make his team try and beat you. Fredette can create his own shot whenever he wants without his teammates...and it pains me to say that.
i just herd of this guy rite now im watching espn,,, their saying he is the number 1 player in d1 basketball.. He just dropped 47....he averages 27 points a game most in D1..he raw az fucc boy gotta cross and he got range..
I beleive this guy will make an NBA roster somewhere. He won't have a big of an impact like he did in college. But theres always room for shooters on any team. He'll be like a JJ Redick on the Magic.
best college basketball player
Welcome to San Antonio, Jimmer!
Great stroke
dang the final score is a blowout
Jimmer just made 47 points look easy against the Utes tonight. Freakin' unbelievable.
Jimmer and Isaiah both drafted by the kings, Isaiah hits a game winner on Arizona and Jimmer goes for 49 on Arizona.
thanks BCObozeman.
The new Larry Bird. How tall was Larry and how tall is Jimmer? Would be interesting to know. A true shooter like JImmer cannot be stopped. He's going to go #1 in NBA draft, period.
1:45 simply a thing of beauty
Best Collegiate scorer since Adam Morrison!!!!!!!
draft him to the JAZZ already!!!!! best player in the whole world!!!!
inside range, close range, mid range, 3 pt range and now we have JIMMER RANGE
boi is nice. lit it up!!!
The thing is Jimmer doesn't just shoot, he's got handles...maybe not yet to the level of steve nash, but better than a lot of guards out there.
@zachandthemachines very true. nba another level.
he got it..
i'd like to see jimmer go to the bulls in the draft. him providing instant offense for when d-rose takes a breather would be a awesome. kind of reminds me of rose's boss...john "pax" paxson.
Freaking Ridiculous, what an amazing talent!
Being able to shoot from nba 3 nd beyond..is gonna move him up further in the draft
NBA bound for sure
very enthusiastic commentator
It's just like that Fresh Prince episode: Just pass it to Jimmer.
three pointer on the way.. GOT IT GOT IT GOT IT GOT IT GOT IT!!! HE GOT IT AGAIN!!
FYI: Jimmer is not only outplaying Brooks and Thomas ..Jimmer is outplaying every point guard in the NBA . Fredette is Number 1 in scoring in the NBA for point guards(points per 48 minutes) and his Player Effeciency Rating puts him 5th in the NBA for PG's behind CP3, Westbrook and T Parker..in front of Rondo, k Irving and Kemba Walker..These are serious numbers and serious company Fredette has put himself in not to mention that Fredette is # 1 in the NBA in free throw shooting.
"He got it on the right side...than slips on a wet spot" lollll
Jimmer shoots where he gets the ball, and he makes it. everyone is getting Jimmered
This Guy must be a basketball God's son
The 3 people that dislike this were the players on the team that got beat....
Greg Wrubel is a treasure
Ronnie Price from a no name school is kicking butt in the NBA.
@Hotty6969 seriously couldn't agree more! Lakers would be lucky to get him. Any NBA team would be crazy to pass up on Jimmer this coming draft.
I loved watching him allen crabbe and frank the tank take it to Arizona
JIMMER SHOTTT!!!!!
Reminds me of JJ Redick when he was in college
i have never heard anyone say "GOT IT!!" so many times LOL
lets go jimmer hes mormon.SWEET!!!!!
@utahgs: Wait, Kirk Hinrich was a 3rd-team all-american who has now started in the NBA for 7 seasons, racking up over 7,000 career points and 3,000 career assists in his first 6 seasons. For a 3rd-team all-american, he turned out just fine in the pros. To give you a clue, the four other 3rd-team all-Americans along with Hinrich were Reece Gains, Brian Cook, Keith Bogans, and Ron Slay. You still think Hinrich didn't turn out well?
Sorry guys but Jimmer will be the King of the Kings VERY SOON. Can't wait to see him play here in Sactown!!

Bradley Turner "coulda been"? So now he is a has been and hell even Seth is a bigger beast than Jimmer.
@utahgs: Sure...maybe you should listen to South Florida coach Stan Heath: "I asked my staff, after we played Kemba [on Dec. 31], which player was harder to guard," Heath said. "We all thought it was close, but we said Fredette, just because his shooting range is a little more extended. And while Kemba is quicker and more explosive, Fredette's changes-of-speed, plus his hops and step-back moves, make him better. And when he elevates to shoot, he really gets up in the air, more than Kemba."
DAMN... I SWEAR CNT NOBODY STOP HIM...
Nice Jimmer
my favorite part was when he got it
I haven't had the opportunity to watch him yet but he looks tough. I'm not really sure why everyone is talking about race though, being a good basketball player has nothing to do with race. It about heart and work put into the game. Why limit him to being a white basketball player. He plays basketball and he is good, it doesn't matter how much melanin he has in his skin
Yes he is. He's got better fundamentals, and numbers. Better in my book.
got it again!!
greatest rappers alive; iverson, ron artest, mystikkal, shaquille oneal, mark walburg
@TexasPsychoK I actually watched him in HD, and I'd have to say I was far more impressed. His footwork is beautiful, and he's VERY quick intellectually. I tried to comment on your page, but I couldn't. MGMT is awesome btw.
He has to work on squaring up and staying on balance when he's shooting off the dribble if he wants to be a consistent shooter.Right here, he's in the zone, so it really doesn't matter how you shoot once you become unconscious like that.Problem is, you don't get into those type of zones all that often. The shot at 1:48 shows he has the potential to stop on a dime & square up.Reminds me of Steve Nash in college, but with less court vision & ball handling skills. His jumper could be special like Nash
