Who will be the next head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers?
Great interview. Props to B Scott for giving Kobe his just due. People skip over him all the time. Kobe was as close to MJ, as any superstar that ever played.
Back then those guys on the Lakers are the greatest Lakers ,forever . Magic , Kareem Byron Scott , AC Green , Big James worthy , Michael Cooper , Sam Perkins , back then Those Lakers were The Show Stoppers

My dad (RIP) told me that when Bryon Scott played in college he was creating his own shot.
It’s about time key!
It's an honour to you Byron when a fan of you as a great Laker , old time great 3 Pointers choose to name her son Byron, that's just how good you were. ❤. Your fan from the Bahamas,
Good luck with the channel, Key

Ayyy what up, Key!
I never got into the comparison of players. MJ, Kobe, LeBron. All are great players. MJ was a great player and Business Man. Give Anthony Edwards time to develop his game. What's the rush for him to be great. He's only 22.

Comparing Ant Man to MJ already is crazy work. Did Kobe Bryant play baseball or something?

True. Ant not even on TMac, Carter, AI, Wade, Penny, Allens level yet.
Stop the cap Byron...Edwards is not a better than MJ early in his career. Lol. Numbers don't lie in this case.

Yeah you gotta think the spurs and mavericks beat them and they didn’t have Kareem or magic. Lakers also didn’t have to rely on physical defense so the style of play wouldn’t really phase them.

That 89 Laker team as hot as Byron was through the first 11 playoff games…those injuries kept us from competing with the Pistons. I really think if we were healthy we go 6 or 7!games.
Mychal Thompsons was on the Lakers 1991 team that lost to the bulls in the NBA finals! His final season in the NBA!
Hey wassup Key. I was a classmate at Dorsey. Your 2 yrs ahead of me. Im Kenneth Rhines c/o of 92. I been following you for a while. The next coach will probably be JJ, but i like what "The Truth" pick, as in Rondo.
I personally think that the Lakers coaching job comes down to two names!! JJ or Sam!! 💯

CLEVELAND, OH - July 10, 2010 - The Cleveland Cavaliers agreed to a sign-and-trade deal with the Miami Heat to acquire the rights to five future draft picks and receive a traded player exception for free-agent forward LeBron James, Cavaliers General Manager Chris Grant announced today. Per team and league policy, terms of the contract were not released.
Love Byron. Kobe! Mamba f'reva. Next coach will be Redick. Think Dr. Buss would take the chance to mold a new coach w/Lakers mindset.
Or even KD would be a good fit with another shooter or a big defensive guy in the paint maybe but they have a good team built to play hard and win if they add another peice
Chuck Nevitt was 7' 5" inches...
B Scott is slowly morphing into the late and great Paul Mooney!
Anthony Edwards will have been in the NBA for 5 seasons at the end of next season. Was in the 2020 Draft. That's only a year away from now.
Lmao Byron and Bonzi Wells sound alike voice wise go watch a lil bit of Tyler and sheed and i promise you’ll hear it😂
I ve been reserving my comment on the jj Redick situation til after either they hire him or someone else for a reason then I ll let loose on it
yeah Kareem fought Bruce Lee in (Game of Death 🥋🐉 1978📺), don't think anyone wanted to fight Jabbar back then 😂.
Knicks need Carmelo back if he’s healthy this team would be great around Melo if he plays some defense and he gets in playing shape
Wait they gave key his own show😂
I think they mispoke. the 87-88 team was a repeat .. but the 86-87 Laker team won 67 and was likely the greatest team.
Just because JJ Redick played and dressed the part doesn’t make him Head Coach material. If he needs experience he should start with grade school and work his way up.😮 💜💛
A lot gas
New York needs to bring Zion home!!!!!
Why not all gas no brakes
87-88 Lakers would've lost to the Pistons if it wasn't for that bogus foul call against Laimbeer, AND I HATED Laimbeer. They were up 3 games to 2 in the series & they were up in the game with just seconds left when the call happened..... Kareem missed the shot on the back down.
People forget how MJ was dominating his first 4 to 5 years in the NBA. He was playing with less talent than say a Magic or Bird. Go look at his numbers and efficiency even as a young player. Jordan was on another level. When he finally got some “real” help, he won!! Edwards does not remind me of MJ at all, maybe a little bit in terms of his build and athleticism. Jordan was a much more polished player even at a younger age. Two diff players. Edwards comp is Dwayne Wade, but with a better jumper.
Dell Harris

Game 5 and it's on slaughter proves Ant is no where close to MJ or Kobe. He laid an egg in the most important game of his career.

The 87-88 Lakers the greatest team???? Nah homies.... We all remember that bogus call against Laimbeer. (As much as he may despised, THAT CALL WAS BOGUS) Not only were the Lakers behind in the series 3-2, BUT they were also down in the game by one point inside of the last 30 seconds AND TO TOP IT OFF, Kareem actually missed the hook with 14 seconds left.
