Thanks, just got one from my wife for my birthday. The video was better than the instructions. Now I just need to practice and figure out how to stop it quickly when it’s headed the wrong way. It is pretty tough after a couple low level accidents.

Yes it's best to be outside so the drone has a clear satellite signal, if your going to fly it inside make sure you put the drone into attitude mode (long press the middle button on the controller unit it beeps) its not a good idea to fly the Drone indoors while it is in GPS Mode it constantly lose the satellite signal, when doing the compass Calibration try to hold the drone about waist to chest high and make sure your not under or very close to any metal, metal can possibly effect the compass Calibration and make sure when you do the Gyro Calibration the drone is on a flat level surface (the ground is fine for the Gyro Calibration) and that's your good to Go! Do you have to calibrate the gyros each time you fly?

Great video!! I've got the f7 mini myself but I can't seem to get the beginner mode off! Not sure what I'm doing wrong, TYIA for any help!!

You should be able to go into the settings in the app (little Gear Wheel up right had corner of the app) and turn it off then you can slide your distance and height setting all the way up

@@HubCityDrones Thanks for the quick reply! I've tried doing exactly that multiple times but it always switches itself back, or the slide for distance and height slides itself back down to zero.

@raudelmorales2023 ok that's wierd!!! Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the APP, also try putting your phone in airplane mode to see if that will work.

Is the Dwine f7 mini the same drone as the Ruko f11 mini ? The online manuals for both when you check them out on Amazon look identical. They both appear to have the same specs.

There really isn't a Sport Mode, you just have to adjust the Speeds by pressing the right joystick in there are 2 Speeds the controller will beep once for speed 1 and twice for speed 2

How long does it take to charge the battery I just got my drone this morning and need to charge the batteries
