This video is so true if you are just getting into the horse world it is a different world Barrett can agree with me I deal a lot with performance horses and a PPE (vet check ) is very useful This vid is so informational keep on doing what you are doing

My daughter bought a horse once and he was great, quiet, responsive, to the point we tracked a Buford self propelled sled on him. The next day that suckered was scared of grass. He spooked out from under me when I was trying to mount him. I got him over most of it but he was never trustworthy

Yeah that sort of stuff happens. Most of the time people just work through it.

Hello!! Love your channel, I’m learning a lot! Quick question… we are in KY near Churchill Downs, we were looking to adopt from the ASPCA- there are a lot of racehorses who were retired due to a broken leg/knee etc but say they have been health cleared for adoption as a riding horse. My family only wants a casual riding horse, not for show or performance. Do you think this would be a safe bet as long as they are cleared to be ridden? Thank you!

Barrett where will the horse show be and are you going as well? Are you Barrett for your real job do you own your owe business or do you work online? Does Maddie have a job as well?

The last time I bought a horse I tried em out twice nice and sound in the box so I hauled him to our 1st roping together and he wouldn't stand good in the box for me
