That was a candid - faithful cathartic video. As a #SAP who happens to have among others, a real estate, and Land Company- I totally get you. In my own personal situation, its the Obverse. Id rather forget the times- IVE MISSED OUT on an automobile I shoulda, coulda, woulda- if only the business didnt come first. And I know painful as it was and is everytime I did/still do pass on s/c/w because I need a liquid pool of reserves. Its not as if Im not ok with what we have. My wifes a carnut too. And since giving birth after 17yrs.; what used to be do nottouch my cars youve yours- is now can you please drive my babies. Of the 25 or so vehicles we have 15are our personal rides. And yet because it is Our Passion, the TOTGA, still hurts every single time. Your mindset and putting it out there, AND THE DINO DONE RIGHT, not only gets a sincere nod of respect. If AND WHEN we do purchase in california or around there- Youve just snagged a ‘ im going with josh’. Much obliged.

Josh and Matt both went in 2gether on it, plus the 500k worth of period piece furniture that was inside. Mid century moderns have the highest resale value out of all others too. So Def a good investment.
