I remember when I wanted to get my license this year I was broke and my mom supported me right away and pulled out her debit card and said "buy the courses, I believe in you son". Coolest gift I would want does not have a price tag on it. Though it would be accomplished through my hard work, the coolest gift would be seeing my mom in joy after all the debt is payed off. Yes, a house for her would do justice and that has been my dream since I was born. However, it is difficult to just buy a house for a women that has given me everything and has taken many sacrifices for me. The gift of my mom being worry free about bills and debt would be the coolest gift ever.

Coolest gift/bucketlist. Having enough to buy a apartment complex/complexes, building a building, flipping houses, realestate finding a generational source of income, all about making the money work. Ps writing this while finding myself at a crossroad. Flying out to LA from this cold weather out here in north Europe for the experience would be a dream come true. I can finance the trip myself if so be it, don't want it to get in the way of having a lunch with you two. My Coolest Gift was the home I bought for my family. 4200 sq ft, 6 beds, 4.5 baths and F@cking beautiful. I left the Marines in 2015 and took up real estate full time and have been my company's top producer ever since. I had no job and no retirement or any benefits so it was feast or famine for me and my family and I chose feast. I in four years I went from completely broke to buying my family our dream home. I cannot even describe the words I feel about it. Thanks to You and Matt for all the motivation over the years.

Coolest gift to self: a fat emergency fund. Last year I saved up $100,000, so my new goal is a quarter million. I've been sacrificing big-time, believe me!, so my big reward is going to be a huge emergency fund because I am self-employed and self-insured. The best gift I'm going to buy myself when I make it is helping those in need. There is something so amazing about helping others out. I can't wait for the day, that I can sit in a restaurant and pay for everyones meal and just walk out. Or even pay for everyones gas at a gas station, and simply drive off like nothing happened. I want my hard work to not only benefit myself, but I want it to benefit my loved ones, my family, and even strangers. I simply want to spread love and kindness. This world definitely needs it.

Coolest gift: the coolest gift for myself is to retire my parents. I have the picture of the house I want to buy them as my screensaver on my. It’s a $16.8M house and once I hit my goal, I’ll buy them that house.
