Josh Altman Love your channel dude, but no one is paying 30 mil for a house in La Jolla. That home has sit before in the past and will do so in the future at that price. 15 million is a reasonable price for that home.

I am a huge fan of MMDL franchise but I must say Josh you are my favorite . I do like Flagg because he's too absurd to be a real person , Fredrick is so extra but his accent is charming . Then lastly Serhant is a stressed out mess. Altman stays cool even in the California heat. I'm broke but I live the dream through you thanks again brother . If you got any houses for about $10,000 ... Err nevermind 😂😂

Very Inspiring bro, Love you guy's!

I lived in CA back in the 70's and my gosh has luxury houses changed!!! I guess it's not just CA but the rest of the country too, back in the 70's I knew a few people who were wealthy but I guess the wealthy are now way over the top to be able to afford these homes. Part of me finds this cool and another part finds it concerning that as society we are more concerned about the wealthy and how they flaunt their wealth in these over the top homes as we now have just the wealthy and the poor. The saddest thing is the middle class who is shrinking feel that to live the American Dream they need to have more and more to be happy. I'm just happy not to live in debt and have comfort around me. I guess I'm old and old school

Really enjoy these vlogs! You've got a new subscriber. My only suggesting for whoever is editing/adding music, if you can adjust the levels a bit better, I have to turn down the volume whenever music comes on because it's so much louder, and then I have to turn the volume back up when Josh is speaking. Otherwise, keep it up!!
