    "Rockets" most of the time characterize the lack of guidance, because they're just that - payloads with rocket thrusters behind. Missiles relate to anything that have guidance and/or specialized payload and fuses (nuclear missiles, EMP missile, ballistic missile). So it is kinda the other way around.

    Old school Total Annihilation called the "up-and-down" rockets launched by units like the Ambassador and Possum "Starburst Missiles." While this is a great way to differentiate them from rockets launched by Aggravator/Rocketeer bots, this continues the fine TA/BAR tradition of mixing up the terms. :(

    @@BenLoula Thing is, the vertically launched rockets ARE guided, as they do not follow a ballistic trajectory, they are simply guided to a stationary point on the ground rather than a moving target, so they certainly qualify as missiles even though they're called rockets. The rocket bots' weapons appear to be completely unguided as they simply fly in a straight line, so they're correctly named. The Janus is wrong since it fires homing missiles, and the "missile" ships are the most egregious offenders because their "missiles" aren't even self-propelled, instead leaving the barrel at full velocity and following a natural ballistic arc, which means they're mortars (assuming the "missile" tubes are smoothbore).

    He's been frequently uploading on his main channel though. I really do think the hate he got in his comments put him off the game and its community. Also where did you hear he had another kid? His Twitter post about it is for June of 2022.

    Out of all the crazy stuff that happened that game, my favorite part by far is still when I managed to take down a dragon with shurikens. That was hilarious.

    I did not expect the come back, and I did not expect the come back's come back. What a game! Every time I see Dragons I'm amazed at how useless they feel. Such an expensive unit, so little dps, so easy to shoot down. Maybe not the best late game option unless there's a gap they can slip through to hit some juicy target I guess.

    Something to note is that their lasers do A LOT more damage the closer the dragon is to what they are firing at. But their default behavior puts them at max range, effectively making them tickle whatever they're fighting. Sitting a Dragon up and personal against things makes them actually punch at their weight, but I totally agree that Dragons are a really bad unit. For how easily T1 fighters can shoot it down, its metal cost seems way, way too high

    Dragons aren't like Juggernauts, that's for sure. I see them as an air unit that's a linebreaker/exploiter. They have the HP to get past an initial bit of AA defenses, and the DPS to raid but especially in the late game they are not mainline units. I'd only suggest/recommend their use when you have air superiority and the enemy has bases to raid. Essentially from a mechanic's standpoint, they're like a sustained bomber which can penetrate a basic line of AA defenses reliably more than anything else.

    I find it funny people don't build anti nukes units which are cheaper than citadels and can defend the earliest nuke units and are mobile to boot

    Assault --> artillery--> rockets --> turrets ---> assault. At T1. T2 gets more complicated. And Mass --> all.

    I think the missile vs rocket distinction works fairly well. If we assume missile means guided and can track targets, and rocket means limited/guidance then all the units fit. All the AA bots, fighters, turrets etc. are missiles, the pink attacks. As are the T1 missile vehicles which have amazing unit tracking. T1 rocket bots, janus, and banishers as well as the spiders all do some some guidance, but it isn't really enough to track moving targets. The rocket artillery bot, hover and vehicles all technically 'guide' on the trajectory but have zero unit tracking. I guess the only thing that doesn't fit in my head would then be nukes. Antinukes guide, but nukes and tactical 'missiles' are more like the artillery rockets.

    A "resources lost/sec" graph or something similar would be great for post-match analysis. Fiends look about 20% more efficient than Stouts in a 1v1, but with a lot more of their expense coming from build cost rather than metal cost, so it's confusing

    Could you turn on the widget in your game that shows the damage each hit is doing to particular units? I never get a chance just sit there and watch engagements unless I’m watching your channel.

    53:33 no actually you should do both! You make just Tzars first than when you attack you switch into pure tiger production because tigars are much faster and can easily reinforce your front lines!! That's what I do! IT really works!! I'd even do a 5 Afus timing attack with the Tzars, flak, banishers and switch into tigers only when I attack and I've had great success doing that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ive actually played against this alaskan war wolf guy before and guess what he did,,, another nuke rush lol. its also funny seeing him transition to nuclear bombers after getting his base destroyed. he sure likes his nukes huh🤣

    Wolf shot it in the very back corner where there was no antinuke coverage. I don't know if he knew it was vulnerable or was just taking a gamble but it paid off.

    I'd much rather someone has a bad game than you don't get a chance to enjoy this lovely game. Don't worry about others just let them know you're new and I'm sure some will be able to help. You can also just watch some games and copy what you see

    Hey, I'd like to see some experimenting with no rush timers at 10 minutes, for epic clashes. 😎 just a random suggestion for content. The battles immediately after that timer ends will be intense with good players.

    The biggest problem I'd see in it is balancing the the area. I think you could set it to 50 so they can have skirmishes at middle with no passing the 50 yard line
