An excellent, practical book for using negotiating techniques in all aspects of life. One technique I love is posing "no" questions. That is, during a negotiation, crafting a question that forces the other person to respond with a "no." An example would be, do you want to miss out on information that could help enrich your life by not being subscribed to this channel? I regularly use this technique at hotels, with airlines, and at restaurants. So simple, so effective. Great read.
