    This video link was given to me at one of the lowest times in my life...right now with the Pandemic raging and so much uncertainty, along with what is currently happening in my life this video gave me hope that I can slow my mind down and handle one day at a time and one thing at a time. Thank you so much for my moment of peace.

    Wow, great meditation. I found myself saying "Past" at least 2-3 times as much as "Future," funny the "future" thoughts were mostly my mind planning how I was going to comment on this video. But I kept bringing myself back to the empty screen, very cool visualization exercise combined with breath. Some days I find my mind is going non-stop even though I meditate daily, but I suppose being aware of it is the first step. Thanks.
